Electrol bonds is way to get funding in a transparent way. That's all. The rules are same for all political parties.
Congress funds are frozen due to Income Tax not paid. Nothing to do with bonds.

Abusing Modi is much easier but would not fetch you even public sympathy, leave aside the public vote. In TN a judge ruled that a minister is corrupt and liable for punishments The judge gets appreciation from the court for his actions but see what happens now. Minister takes the case to apex court and request to consider his old age and ill health but it doesn’t stop him to be a minister. The court questioned the governor. Funny

In Tamil Nadu, the Supreme Court has ordered the Hon Governor Ravi ji to conduct and appoint a Convicted person Ponmudi who was to start serving sentence by giving a Stay of Sentence . The poor Governor had to comply and appointed Ponmudi as Minister. So Bharat is a Utopia for crooks . So based on that Judgment Kejriwal can continue as CM because there is no conviction only investigation.
