Higher education in Switzerland...
Documents required for visa application:
1. Filled visa application form (download), passport size photograph (not older than 6 months) with applicant's signature - About photograph
2. One additional passport size photograph
Passport (including old one, if any)
3. Photocopy of current passport (for each application form
4.CV and motivation letter
5.All academic papers
6.Offer Letter (attested by Swiss University)
7.Declaration that you will return to your home country after completing your studies
8.Financial solvency (an amount equal to 21000 Swiss francs in own bank account, source:
Proof _of_Sufficient_Financial_Means Any bank located in Bangladesh with a branch in Switzerland or a branch of a Swiss bank located in Bangladesh)
9Affidavit from the sponsor, stating that the sponsor will cover all the expenses during your studies in Switzerland.
10.Source of income (12 months bank statement/certificate, income tax paper, fixed security etc.)
11.In case of bank loan (bank must issue letter of guarantee)
12.Proof copy of tuition fee payment for at least 1 year
13.Confirmation letter in university language examination
14.Recent IELTS test certificate
Embassy may ask for additional documents for special needs.
All documents must be original. Important will be returned after verification.
All papers must be attached with clips, not staples. 2 sets (original and 1 set of photocopy)
have to give A separate set of photocopies of important documents (education certificate etc.) should be given.
All documents will be forwarded by the embassy to the immigration authorities in Switzerland. From there the decision will be informed to the embassy. Visa processing may take 2-4 weeks.
