And while Yakko's original song had many inaccuracies, this version is actually accurate! Despite a few mispronunciations here and there but that's part of the authentic Jack charm so it's still a masterpiece

@@yahyakhan268 Actually there were a lot of thing said that were not countries and a lot of countries they missed even looking at it from the time the song is made. It does not ruin the original song. It is amazing, but is good to understand the flaws in a work, so that they can be learned from.
@@AverytheCubanAmerican Yeah because it had to rhyme. This doesn't follow the correct rhyme scheme and pattern and is actually pretty upsetting.

I thought it would be a video with your voice modulated to fit the rhythm.. the fact that they were all the original sounds makes it that much more impressive. Seriously enjoyed the whole thing!!
I learned this whole song, wrote all the lyrics on paper to remember them then realised how geographically incorrect in was. half an hour I will never get back lol

Actually, the original Yakko's World by Animaniacs was released in 1993, but it was very wrong even at the time, adding many things that aren't countries like Sumatra, Borneo, and Crete and omitting countries like South Africa, Singapore, and Brunei. (Deuterium the Sentient Mattress has a good video about this) Of course, as time passed the song became even more outdated.
The Yakko's World in the Smileak video is fully updated with all 197 countries of the world, which meant that some parts of the song had to be changed for it to be fully accurate. Also, the instrumental is completely different (the Smileak video uses Know Myself by Patrick Patrikios while the 1993 original uses the Mexican Hat Dance.)
Deuterium the Sentient Mattress is such a wonderful name that I must immediately look up that channel.

Hey jack, love the vid. You have inspired me to learn all 197 countries and their flags after a couple of days I have learnt all 197 countries and am now starting flags just done my first run through of all the flags and I know more than I expected. I know 150 flags at the start from your amazing vids and you’re tricks have helped me to but hopefully I can learn of of them by the end of the week. Thanks for all the amazing vids you post and the tricks to remembering countries and flags keep up the good work.
