    Nice review, 100% agreement.
I have the exact same knife, different color hardware; F741. I use it every day as a kitchen knife because it was too good to sit in the drawer, but I prefer a bigger blade for carrying.
I put a 15 degree polished edge on it using the hapstone system. When it gets a little dull, a few lightest strokes possible on the Lansky turn box, 20 degrees; crazy sharp again.
It's just a really good tool, can't say anything bad about it.
There are newer versions with bearings; blade free falling. If I was going to get another one, I'd go that route.

I considered getting one of the Ganzos with bearings but decided I really liked this design. Thanks for watching!

You've obviously loosen the pivot screw because, out of the box it does not flick open or close as facile as you show it. No ball-bearings at all and the axis lock is tight and not smooth. Carbon fiber handle is not grippy, but the blade is solid and sharp. Edges on the thumb studs and the axis lock could be smoother as well as the inside of the liner...time and use should smooth these out. Knife is handle-heavy and the dainty carry-bag is too thin to be of any use.
A $20 knife will always be a $20 knife, but if you just need a "beater" knife, the F761 can't be beat.
