I already have the UK blurray, is the new blurray an upgrade or just a re-release ?

That’s what I want to know…I have the UK set and it has special features and 3 discs. The more episodes on a disc lowers the PQ on dvd and I wonder if that applies here? I have a region free player so I always snatch up internal anime and other release from region 2/B.
