    𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
    * Suji (सूजी) - 1 cup
    * Curd (दही) - 1/2 CUP
    * Water (पानी) - 1/2 CUP
    * Bolied Patato (उबले आलू) - Some
    * Tomato (टमाटर) - Some
    * Onion (प्याज) - Some
    * Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) - Some
    * Salt (नमक) - As per taste
    * Coriander Leaves (धनिए के पत्ते)
    * Desiccated Coconut (नारियल का बुरादा) - 1 Tbsp
    * Bread (ब्रैड)
    * Lemon Peels (नींबू के छिलके) - 1-2
    * Eno (इनो) - 1/2 Pack
    * Green Chutney (हरी चटनी)
    * Tomato Ketchup (टमाटर केचप)
    * Eno (इनो) - 1/2 Pack
    * Oil (तेल) - Some
    * Black Mustard Seeds (राई) - Some
    * Cumin Seeds (जीरा) - Some
    * Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) - Some
    * Curry Leaves (करि पत्ता) - Some
    * Water (पानी) - 3/4 CUP
    * Lime Juice (नींबू का रस) - Some
    * Sugar (चीनी) - Some
    * Salt (नमक) - As per taste
    * Cherry Tomato (चेरी टमाटर)
    𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
    Take a bowl & put chopped Tomato, boiled Potato, Onion, Green Chilli, Salt, Coriander Leaves, and Desiccated Coconut & mix all well.
    Take bread slices & cut them into round shapes with the help of steel glass or cookie cutter. Apply some Green Chutney
    In a bowl, put some Semolina, and Curd, then make the batter by adding Water gradually. Cover it and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Then add salt, mix well & divide the batter into two portions. Add half a sachet of Eno to the half portion batter & mix well. Pour the batter into a greased bowl & give steam for 2 minutes. Then place the Bread Slice on it. Apply some Tomato Ketchup, and Filling. Add another half Eno sachet to the half batter portion & mix well. Then put it in the bowl. Give them steam for 12 mins. Check it with the help of a toothpick. Turn the flame off & keep it cooling down for 5-7 minutes. Then grease some Oil on the knife and take them out.
    For Tadka, in a pan, put Oil, Black Sesame Seeds/Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Green Chilli, Water, Lemon Juice, Sugar and Salt cook it. Give the tadka and cut it into pieces. Garnish with Coriander Leaves. Then serve and enjoy!
