@reverendcoward7941 I am planning to install 2 Spal fan on my KTM RC 390. I noticed in some other videos that you can just move the fan pin to the KTM connecter. So here is my question: Can i connect 4 pins in the same connecter (positive postive pair) and ( negative negative pair), will that work? Or do i need to cut the wires and solider them? Here is the other video look at 12:04 mins
Hi sir, with regards to the socket of the original fan. I installed it on the aftermarket dual fan and removed the socket of the aftermarket fan, since it will not fit on the female socket of the bike.
Hallooo brother, i owned Duke 390 and just yesterday i have a NOT GOOD experience with the radiator extra fan of the Duke engine. I’ll try to do the same thing, using dual extra fan. My question is, when u removing the radiator and how about the coolant liquid ?? Are u refilling or not the coolant liquid *so hope for your replies
If removing then fan, you need to remove the radiator to fit in and arrange the dual fan to set it up. So, you need to remove the coolant in it. There's a drain plug for the coolant. You may drain it by putting it on a clean pan to use the coolant again if ever you don't want to replace a new coolant. You may refer to the manual to drain the coolant.
Hi, nice mod. And i think that very usefull. Can i ask something? Where did you buy that fan?? And what the size of that fan?? 5inch or 6inch ?? I think i'm gona mod with bigger radiator size. And since it will get down, maybe i will switch the fan to.
Hi . What if water goes in as i can see no fan cover like the stock fan has? Also what are these fan called? Ur link shows 'product unavailable' Thanks
I only searched ATV auxiliary fan and it shows on the online shop we have I've tried cleaning it with water using hose and it's still working till now.
Absolutely bro 💯 % works on both RC and Duke models. Ahm, bought this online here in Philippines. You may try searching on an online app. Try searching for KTM auxiliary Fan assembly.
@@rahul.v3558 not very sure yet. Haven't check the cooling system yet of the adv 390 but I think most likely it's all the same except the fan and radiator.
These fans installed are pushing air. Anyways it goes on when it reaches the temperature about 96 degrees and the rest of it, it's off once bike is running and that's the time normal air blows on the radiator fan .
Hello if you're living in Philippines, i bought it through Lazada online shopping. If outside the Philippines you may find it in alibaba.com or ebay. Thanks.
revised the video, you conected both in parallel, this did not worked with me, at night lights started to dim, and other problems. Good for you it worked...

How about riding in the raining season or long duration traffic jam? Does these dual fans handle better than the stock one? I just bought two of the fans and preparing to upgrade my DUKE 390
Hello sir. I actually bought this on lazada. You might check the link I provided on the description on this video, might be the same. Thanks. God bless.
For my experience, The battery drain pretty remarkable and I always see “Low Battery Voltage”, however it doesn’t cause any problems as long as you can start the engine
Very much true. Mostly likely happens on 390's, but not all. Not a hindrance though because I really love KTM units. 😍 sometimes 390 needs more speed most of the time to suck more air. Designed more for racing.
Just don't get blocked with those negative ideas. Just get the bike you really want and you've been wishing. It'll make you happy no matter the negative thoughts you heard about the bike. Ride safe always.
Sir I'm not getting totally your question but lemme try to answer it. Fan of 390 will normally start to work once temperature will reach 97 degrees and the only advantage of this dual fan is that, it cools down right away the engine so, fan turns off right away compared to the single fan, sometimes it turns on for almost 30 mins especially in traffic. Godbless and keep safe.
Damm.. great upgrade. I have a cb400 pb1. I am having fan issues. I would love to customize my fan like this. 👍
super helpful bro. i will DIY this to my bike. im newbie for this kind of bike. Thanks for info bro

how you clamp those cables to that original socket connector
Hello. I have included in the video. I still used the original socket from the motorcycle then removed the socket of the aftermarket aux fan.
Hello Rev. Could u plz provide the spec of the fan socket as I'd like to keep the original fan as a spare part. Thx in advance sir.

What about the electric loads though, won't we be overloading the power supply?
So far it's not gonna drop down too much the voltage since rectifier will take care of it.
