Moved there in 16 and bounced all around until the end of 2022. You can tell just how much the city has changed and it's insane how difficult it is to keep living there unless your family has property or you're working for one of the big labels out there. Bet of luck with your next chapter!
itâs wild how much rent was increasing just within the 2ish years i lived there. still love the city tho. if i ever become the next post malone iâm moving back there fs
@@xole the best places I ever lived were in Murfreesboro and Hermitage, for awhile both spots were genuinely pretty affordable without a lot of the chaos of living right in the city. Sadly I think the rent ripple is hitting those spots too, very sad to see how much greed is taking over that city
