It's a fucking body part. Anyone who wants to be an expert on the human body (doctors) needs to suck it up and be prepared to heal women's bodies in their entirety. Also, this scene was literally two doctors (robbins and warren) refusing to try a natural remedy FOR THEIR PATIENT'S PAIN because THEY were too uncomfortable suggesting it. Do no harm includes proven natural remedies.

Yeah doctors need to ‘suck it up’ and ‘do whats best for their patients’, but changing the entire system is not as easy as you think dear. Trust me, I’m a medical professional, I’m a nurse going to medical school so I know how the system works. It’s not as easy as saying stuff like that when half it doesn’t even get taught, and doesn’t get talked about. Ans then there’s still the people who don’t care about their patients but just wanna get the money and help the male patients. They shouldn’t be there, but they still are in this effed up society. As an intern you cannot stand up against your 50yo white male doctor ordering you to do or not to do certain things, because that will only get you fired. Much saving womens lives then, ey? I get what you are saying, I really do, but changing the system is not as easy as saying men have to just suck it up and deal with womens bodies

I think it depends on who one is in a relationship with. Carina has the ability to be dominant or submissive depending on the partner she is with. Some LGBTQ people are one specific way all the time.
Yes! But I think Carina's character is very versatile depending on who she's with. Arizona's character is confident and easy-going, which matches a very straightforward Carina. Whereas Maya's character is more sensitive and vulnerable and Carina does a really great job at helping Maya come to terms with her personal issues by being soft and vulnerable with her.

I for one don't know any lesbian who only gives or only receives, although they exist it's just not very common. What is common though is being the more "dominant" or "submissive" one, that terminology can apply.
