We have a shop just like this in North Carolina called the Guy's Place, and it does pretty much the same thing but without the green mask. I go there regularly and it's actually really great. They offer a full haircut, shampoo and conditioner, hot towel, shave and massage all for only $10-15. If you live in the Triangle area I highly recommend checking them out.
I find it funny that this is considered pampering for guys because they should really check out Korea where they really pamper you like crazy in a salon Guys & girls
