I didn't even notice that! OMG that is so amazing!!!
This is the only Pokemon game where that post-game story had my mouth wide open with amazement. I never thought Pokemon could make such an amazing story that can be somewhat related as compared to the previous games. That entire Area Zero part BGM was super fire too. Now once all the bugs are fixed, this will definitely become one of the best Pokemon versions out there.

I absolutely loved the story. Really hit the feels. The post game Arven gets a little bit more of a better ending. He’s at least happy.

People can complain about graphics and performance all they want but that still doesn’t take away how well and carefully crafted the characters and everything else is

Also, at one point the AI says that a human who went through the time machine wouldn't be able to get back, so until they say the professor died I thought that the real professor went in the time machine and is stuck. Maybe that's still true and the dlc will involve using the time machine. Who knows.
The ai literally said the other koridon killed the professor. It attacked yours and the professor jumped in the way and got killed by the injurys.
@@gageunruh3574 Yes I know, I am literate. However, before the AI tells you the professor is dead, they drop a line about how no one currently alive could go through the time machine and return to this time. It seemed like foreshadowing to me at the time, and in this video PM7 says at one point 'maybe the professor is still alive' or something to that effect, hence my comment. I never expected a Pokemon game to kill someone like this, that's for sure, so it wouldn't surprise me if the DLC involves the time machine, maybe even just saving the AI, who knows.
@@sodoesrachael_ that's cause it's not a actual time machine the extra lore is that it's a pokemon that's 3d printing the pokemon that are in the book.
A normal human going "into" it would be the same as a human going into a machines gears aka a real dead mess.
If your sceptical it's already been leaked for the dlc with suicoon which its leaked pokedex (by the person who leaked the whole game) literally says it's a imaginary pokemon that was drawn up for fun hype the researchers in area zero and the machine turned that drawing into a real pokemon.
So you and Micheal make my life better and I love watching you both play together I've been playing violet since it came out I'm exactly where you are at the begining of the video with having to fight the elite four still I've been busy running around trying for that shiny charm before I beat the game

I just got my first shiny in Scarlet. It's a shiny Glimmora and it only took me an hour. Since I'm subscribed to you I think that gave me extra shiny luck

it’s somehow the buggiest but one of the best pokemon games ever. i hope they both patch some of the graphics issues and add some dlc (dlc is for sure coming bc of the greyed out area on the map so im excited af)
Huh. I just noticed that Sada's eye color changes from blue to brown after you fight her. Her eyes are supposed to be blue like Arven's, while Turo's are brown.

If you head back the way you came you’ll see a tree with some rocks to the left of it, behind the rocks there is a cave, you’ll find a paradox pokemon that you can catch
I've only found one shiny so far and I think its funny how I found it. I was trying to catch Frigibax and a pink Sneasel ran by in the back ground.
My one shiny came about trying to go catch a Salandit but accidentally running into shiny Sableye.
Its alittle sad knowing that the books are readable in the labs PM7 missed reading for some lore. Sadge

I didn't watch this until today because I hadn't finished the game yet. I just finished and I have to say, I played Violet and I like it a lot more than what I've seen of Scarlet. 🤷♀️ The future pokemon are amazing and the fight was rough. I was ten levels over Turo's Pokémon and he still knocked out three of mine. I bought both games though and I'm gonna play and finish Scarlet on a different switch so I can get all the pokemon, but Violet is so good. 👍👍
I respect your opinion but mine is Scarlet. I feel that koraidon has the best personality between to two box art legends. While yes the future paradox pokemon are pretty cool it does kinda make some of them look like toys for example delibird and hariama (Idk how to spell that name.
But I think we can both agree that the story is amazing.
Just want to let you know on a conical standpoint iron jugulas(I probably spelt the name wrong) is the only paradox Pokémon that can have an emotional attachment to you of the Pokédex is true but in the end it’s just coding

I feel like a lot of people discount their own movie ideas because "they aren't professional writers", but seeing what passes for professional writers nowadays should really fill you with confidence.
I do like this game, and it is certainly a step in the right direction. I do think that, outside of the game not actually performing well, the main criticism I have is that the game is one of "your story" with an open world and even character customization... but your character is still pigeon holed into being a certain type of person. You can't decline being friends to your rival in the tutorial, you can't decline being a rival to them here (what if your character's passion isn't battles?), etc. They should have allowed you more freedom in regards to the personality your character has, but this would mean they can't release new games as often due to the amount of time they would have needed to put in for this.
Fix the performance issues, allow you to play your character your way in both actions and dialogue options (thus personality), and this would be a game that would leave us asking "how can they top this?"
On another note, I do think that they should actually add a little bit more time between generations AND create a second team for spin-offs (it isn't like they can't afford it). The main series would be more open world (like Scarlet and Violet) while the spin-offs more story focused (think Colosseum and XD). Alternate the release for these titles and people won't complain nearly as much about the waiting periods between generations AND the games can be even better due to having a longer development cycle.
I do want to say that it still let my character's passion be out of battles. I specifically said Pokemon Collecting, so instead they talked about how becoming champion/battling would help me catch stronger pokemon.

I'm not saying there isn't SOME dialogue choice, just that it doesn't actually impact much of anything. Hell, multiple times it prompts you a yes or no question without actually letting you choose "no". Sure, it gives temporary extra or different dialogue, but no actual difference.
If I say I don't want to battle, why am I being forced to battle? If I say I don't want to be a rival, why am I forced into saying I want to be a rival anyways?
@@philosophicaljay3449 I can understand that. I'd argue its less of a SV problem and more of an overall pomemon problem since there's been pther games in the past that have the same problem with giving you a choice of yes/no but only letting you actually do one

I swear the catch-rates in this game are effed. You either catch mon immediately or have to use every ball you have while praying for a critical capture (like at 3:18:40 - 3:25:00). There's no in-between.
