So by hugging the gnomes you're showing them you're not a threat and they start to trust you more and instead of running away they follow you and let you pick them up. That's so sweet.

@@experimetalfan8851 yeah this chapter can be infuriating I agree I accidentally threw one of the nomes down into the coal pit and couldn’t pick him back up so had to restart from the last checkpoint 🙄 I’m also glad that the sequel has nearly instant loading compared to the first game which took ages to reload after dying

Damn! Even though there isn't any commentary, I can hear the guy playing, ripping his hair off and screaming in pure agony in some of the puzzles. Somewhere near the middle of the video the guy just leaves the controller and thinks of how to solve the puzzle for some solid 30 seconds.
He could have looked for another video or something to find information on how to get past that one puzzle he got stuck on. It's annoying that this game doesn't give you any helping hints.
Im glad, Im not the only one who loses his own brain because of the lost lifetime by watching the solving of pretty easy puzzle...

.... i mean... those puzzles and a lot of things, are easy as fuck...i don't see where those puzzles are dificult at all.. like when he needed 4 nomes to push the door... i figured it out instantly... or when he didn't see the things that fell from the trap door... and he just tried so hard to trow a nome up that stool when...there was absolutely no need...

I simply cannot get enough of this game and now that i have played through all the levels and dlc several times i am sad that it is over. Games like these have become my favorite, indie games as well. Everything changes with age, even gaming choices.

Watching the player struggle with puzzles has got to be the highlight of my week 😂 I can't imagine how frustrating it must've been

I'm glad to see there's more parts to this boy's story in the game. It's a great contrast to what Six went through. It's a shame that unlike the boy, Six ended up betraying the gnomes by eating one of them later on. Hopefully this boy is not cursed to be a cannibal like Six is.
It lends some theory to the fact that Six is related to the Lady in some way...

Look at the Nome's shadows at 52:00, they don't look like triangle tips to me, there is a saying in this game that "Not all light can be trusted." Could this furnace be the only *warm* and *safe* area that Nome's can trust in a secluded place. And were they once kids, but now are realizing what is their true purpose. Comment on what you think

The boy who gives six bread asked her in comic what was it she was keeping to herself he told her it was better to remember because they become little lost things something like that. I think the maw does something to kids who may have eaten the meat of other children or forgot themselves along the way of things of you haven't read the comics I am sorry but it strongly hinted at in game as well. But this only comfrims it or maybe that gnome statue with the eye has something to do with it. Possibly were they turned into gnomes?

that furnaces is the source for the ship engine, the nome is a kid who was kidnap to do labour such as to keep the engine going, thats why they knew how to handle the furnace
unlucky kids get eaten as a foof or sausage, thats why six ate rat rather than eating the food on the ship except for one particular disturbing scene...

Mini theory (that’s kinda dumb) there’s another theory that Six has the ability to obtain the essence/knowledge/abilities of whatever she eats, and that’s why she gets hungry and the runaway kid doesn’t. My theory: what if the runaway kid and Six are somehow connected to each other and the runaway kid also has powers? When the runaway kid hugged the nomes a soft music started playing (similar to Six while she is eating and a loud, violent music starts playing) and his ability is getting others to care for/obey him? Comment what you think

I am replaying through this dlc again so I can have a closer look at the paintings in the residence dlc. Thanks for this walkthrough I was stuck at the part with the cupboards and couldn’t remember what to do as it’s been a long time since I’ve played the dlcs I didn’t realise you could grab and swing on the light, I was fumbling around for ages trying to open the cupboards at the right angles so I could grab the edges to jump across yeah I hate puzzles🤦♂️

The gnomes are the children. "The lady keep the Maw running with her HYPNOTIC spell." She turns the children into gnomes so they can work on keep the maw running and burning the guest clothes/shoes? Maybe shit is interesting as shit that's all i know. lol
Icez and the lady gave the Nome's a furnace for them to gaze upon it. But it isn't a normal furnace. It makes them relieve the times they were still children. As shown in the shadows of the Nome when they stare at the furnace. The Nome's keep the maw running and as a reward they gaze at the furnace to remember their days when they were still children. The other furnace won't work but only the furnace you see where the gnomes all gather around and staring at it is the one furnace that the lady gave them to keep them working p
I think they just fuel the Maw. It’s possible that the Nomes burn people’s CLOTHES but I don’t think they burn people’s shoes because in the first Little Nightmares, Six was trying to swim away from an unknown monster in an ACTUAL SEA OF SHOES lol. I’m guessing all those shoes were from the guests, since the children are barefoot

I softlocked myself thinking I needed to take the fuse with me. You can't throw it back over the box after you enter the room with the 3 closet doors to recover it. I guess no one did this when they tested the game smh.
Edit: When I selected restart from checkpoint it put me back in the room with both active fuses so that's good lol.
This DLC episode honestly gave me a headache. The nomes would get stuck often and glitch for me. Sometimes to the point where they wouldn't move AND I couldn't pick them up. Some of the puzzles gave me a migraine lol. I actually threw the nome on the ladder to bring it down in the part about halfway through this video and the ladder DID NOT come down. Then after restarting from checkpoint for some reason I couldn't jump and grab the ledge of the table to attempt to get the nome out of the glass jar! I couldn't believe it.
Did you release the guy in the glass jar you had to get out by jumping? The nomes do what you do, so when you jumped, it would jump, and it would slowly fall off the ledge.
@@jazzling It was so long ago I don't remember but something was definitely wrong because when I restarted it the ladder came down unlike before. It's possible that 2nd part was me just thinking I had to do it that way until I earned otherwise. I was just already frustrated lol.
Theory: What if the runaway kid is also a nome because six devoured a nome and runaway kid appears and the nomes trustee him so...Is the nomes just kids that got devoured by the lady?

Most "full gameplay walkthrough" channels don't leave redundant head-scratching sequences and confusion. Having a moment of thought is one thing; watching numerous trial-and-error attempts are another. It's common sense to trim them. See MKIceandFire for a good example
Yeah I have to agree, I'm playing through it now using this playthrough as a help if I get stuck & boy does it get tedious watching him/her running around trying all the things I literally just tried myself so I'm 1 problem away from giving up on this & try to find another real WT but do think the poster deserves a like for the help I've already given so thumbs up but seriously consider cutting out too long trial & error sequences if not in this then at least in your future walkthroughs & thanks for the help 😀🖒

I came here to see how you get the third gnome on the table drawing in the filing room. Not only to I have to watch you stumble around for 10 minutes, but you don't even show how to do it. Instead a gnome bugs out into the wall/cart and it nudges you just enough forward to reach the table. What kind of "walkthrough" is this
Edit: If anyone wants to know how to do it - The boat sways causing the cart to roll back and forth. It rolls half the length of the gap. The cart starts all the way to the left and when the boat sways, it rolls (right) to the middle. What you want to do is push the cart all the way to the right up against the table with the gnome on it. This way, when the boat sways to the left, the cart will be in the middle already. Now what you need to do is climb the cabinets above the cart, so you're hanging in the middle. When the cart rolls over to you (in the middle) simply drop on it.
If you want other walkthroughs or guides on Little Nightmares check out Game Series Network. I found them much more thorough and quick. They don't waste your time fumbling around with the puzzle for ten minutes.

so I'm following the instructions, where you get ontop of the moving thing to get to the gnome coloring, and I'm having trouble trying to get the gnomes to push the cart so I can get to the gnome that's coloring, but they aren't pushing. How do I get them to push?
