After getting trapped with Mathis, he wants to develop a plan to kill Delgado and sell the evidence gained in the Lock on Suvorov to Naeva. He's only in it for the credits. This is your first mission after joining the Crimson Fleet. Delgado wants to find evidence for Kryx's Legacy.
