Honestly I feel like she is a little overrated. I got Light Eivor during the collab, and she was incredibly terrible back then (not having the strip or skill 2 attack bar absorb), but now I feel like she is usable, but nothing crazy; I don't think she needed the nerf. I think she is better than I used to give her credit for (because I figured out how to effectively use her a week AFTER the nerf), but I still don't think she is anything crazy; just a monster that is pretty decent. She get's a LOT of turns, yes, but too often she just doesn't do anything with her turns. If they just increased her skill 1 and 2 activation rate maybe from 40% -> 60% and 70% ->80/90% I think she would be very very good because then she is very consistent. My ETERNAL complaint about her is her inconsistency. (also this is coming from the perspective of an RTA only player, so that may have an effect on my view of Eivor/berg)
I can see definitely where you are coming from, I myself think she is ok but not insanely op. But I do think she is a monste ryou have to get used to using, and I dont know much so far xD But from the stats she has a very high win rate in rta as far as i know, so I doubt she will get buffed ^^

If you use Berg/Eivor, you need to make the team around her and so you need to know how to use her properly (@Mardsme which would probably explain why her win rate in rta is so high). Before the nerf, I was just trying to slot her in as a last pick without paying attention to my other monsters much and thinking that she ALONE would have massive value just based on the enemy picks (because, on paper, she would be good into the enemy monsters) I think that's the big thing that makes her seem weaker than she is. With most monsters, you pay attention to the enemy team and somewhat to your team, but berg/Eivor rely way more on what you pick with her; you have to be more... "involved" in the picking phase than you can with someone like... say... Nephthys. Nephthys can slot into basically every type of team, but Eivor can't. The good thing for turn 1 players though is that she relies more on what YOU pick than what the enemy picks (in my experience) Even with all that said, I still don't agree with the nerf she got and honestly I think she needed a slight buff.
I pulled Berg right after the patch notes announced, but I ended up loving her. She is cool, effective and fun to use.
