Class 12th marks doesn't matter for NEET if you're above 60% at least.
The pattern for NEET is way more different than Class 12th, so it depends
But if you've more percentage in 12th then that means you're habitual to studying hard but still it won't make a difference
It's upto you, because 12th board is way more different than NEET-UG
