When you work at a desk you shouldn't sit at the desk for more than 15 minutes at a time. When this goes off I get up do something away (like file or something). It started out as a bit of a pain, but I'm getting used to it. If I am on the phone I just stand up and shuffle around where I am standing. Weird but oh well!
I use this for naps and extra sleep time in the mornings or exercise; many things. It is nice and simple with a non-scary wake up sound. Thanks for making this.
