What was your process for getting hired? Did you apply for internships during your final semesters in hopes for a place of employment or did you finish school entirely then found an associate position? Thanks in advance, I’m in my last semester and I just am seeking advice!
I just watched another video where you said you got into an internship program your sophomore summer.. it’s safe to say I’m a little behind schedule but any advice you could give I’d really appreciate
Hey Adam, so you can still grapple for a full-time offer out of college. (I would talk to a campus recruiter on where to find the application). One thing is that I know the fall applicable concluded in Late September. However, there are going to be more full time applications that will show up in the Spring
Given the current demand for more people in the Big 4, I would say almost every intern should be getting an offer. Just don’t do anything unprofessional or let your grades slip to failing or C average. The CPA is not necessary in an accounting job, but if you want to become a manager at the Big4, or move into management in the private accounting industry, you are going to want your CPA

Hi. I have a big 4 internship. How often do interns get hired ? Also do you think cpa is NECESSARY for accounting jobs ? Thanks !
