@@lincolnshireshistory6877 I have just this minute applied for a permit although it appears we are ok on the section from Wonderland to Leisure Centre until the permits are issued. I would imagine it will be pretty busy down there for a week or two with all the publicity. Not being one for detecting in packs I will get down very early if tides permit. The land is closing down about now. Even the pasture is getting very long!
Really gonna miss your beach hunts mate😢😢 Couple of Qs what settings are you using on the 800 mate? And also how do you clean up your big pennies? They’ve come up beautifully!
Hi Mark,i still have plenty of beachs to detect,so will be uploading as normal,my settings,im on the 1.5 firmware not keen on the updates after that,beach 2, sensitivity 23, iron bios 3, recovery speed 4, and i use a 5 tone program with horse shoe on,the big pennies i just rub with soft cloth with braso,a quicker way just put a polishing mop on the end of a dremel put on low speed and dip mop in braso,hope that helps mate

Hi mate,its our local council thats banned metal Detecting,but they are now under alot of pressure ncmd are now involved and ther getting alot of pressure from the press
I hope the council tax payers know that their council are creating jobs to solve problems that don’t exist!! They will need at least 10 beach patrol staff to look after that coast. I think they expect to make a fortune from permits. 😂😂😂 How are the pot holes getting on?
Hi mate,just before the ban the council where advertising for 2 patrol officers at 22k a year each and also a legal person very true total waste of tax payers money,pot holes,well my mrs used to have low profile wheels on her car untill she hit a pit hole round the corner from our house burst her tyre and damage rim that bad the tyre place couldn't get a new tyre to seal,pot holes round here just get orange paint round them untill it washes away then they just put fresh paint around🤣

Also worth finding out how many millions they are spending on ANPR cameras to lock everyone down in 15 minute cities and 20 minute neighbourhoods. No cars on the roads no need to fill potholes! Google it. Restrictions of all sorts to lock everyone down and create a Big Brother State following China’s example. It is all Top Down from the Global Economic Forum. Already happening with speed in Oxford, Canterbury and every other city. Under the guise of a ‘Trial’ then made permanent. Look on CZcams at 20-minute neighbourhood Thetford. Everything will be restricted and locked down by next year.

Word is the ban has been lifted, subject to certain conditions, eg permits and designated areas. That's what Paul Cee is saying on his channel.
