Yes! Super important to have some space. My trips are pretty condensed so I don’t always make time for it but this was a longer one so it was needed 👍

i'm loving this series! as an introvert myself i completely understand on needing to recharge after being super social. i would really love to do a trip like this by myself just haven't got the guts to quite yet.

I liked this video! If you’d feel comfortable just setting up the camera for a sped through clip of you scrap journaling I’d like to see it! In a way where we can exactly see what you’re doing but just hang out while it’s getting done?
It’s not really all that interesting haha…usually just paste in some ephemera from the day if I have it (receipts, business cards), print out a photo or two, add some words - takes about 5 minutes tops

I love Hipcamp, and it is an awesome way to camp. I was a bit nervous on my first one, but it turned out to be awesome. We are using it more and more now. I actually prefer it over regular campgrounds. I camped just 3 weeks ago at an animal farm in Mauk, GA. It was in the middle of nowhere and I loved it. Anyway, I enjoyed your video!

That was totally an odd set up for sure... like just roll in and park in someone's backyard, Lol. I felt your unease, as I would have been feeling too. The bright spot was the animals! Thanks for keeping what you show real. :)
It did feel weird at first because it was so new to me but I settled in quickly thanks to the friendly animal welcome 😉
I have seen amazing campgrounds owned privately, but this looks like you just park in somebody’s property with no picnic table or bathrooms or hookups. You seem much happier in the last video at the Airbnb.!
I didn’t film it but they had a nice bathroom off the main house. And the communal fire pit. But yes, this was certainly someone’s home property
That is what I would be eating salad and hummus just could not eat meat around all those fur babies and little lovelys. I wish I would have camped out more in my youth. Thanks Jen for taking us along.

Enjoyed the video. I'm a bit of an introvert myself. I travel solo internationally, but, I don't like to stay in campsites alone, strange I know, but I prefer there be another female somewhere close by for safety purposes.

Your travels depict reality. I think you put a lot of effort and much fun into them, but we all can’t be “on” every second of everyday during our travels. You have done things and gone places that many of us didn’t even know existed. Always fun to watch you’re adventures. Thanks for sharing.

I know ive asked but would you ever upgrade into a small camper to tow ? It seems you need a bit more space and such plus rv videos would be an interesting journey. Again no disrespect intended at all genuine question
If I was in the road full time I’d certainly consider it, but because my travels are part time and I’m leaving my vehicle out on the road and just flying back and forth to it, having a regular kind of suv makes more sense to me at this time. But who knows…maybe in 13+ years when I’m an empty nester I’ll invest in something bigger

That is what I love about Jen and her videos. Not pretentious in any manner. But thanks for checking in with me. I’ve often been accused of being up Jen’s ass when all I really want is a creator that shows more than just fluff.
@@Paula-xp7ve I don't personally know of anyone who lives a perfect life surrounded by a picket fence. Jen has more financial freedom than most of her subscribers. She can live the way she likes and not have to worry about money. That's not something to dislike her for. Most of my love ones are furry kids. I don't have a lot of people around me and I like it like that, because most people are too superficial. I don't even have a strong relationship with my parents and relatives. I can't remember when last I've seen them and that don't bother me a bit.

Snd there are many who are always putting down others because of the bits of their lives they share online. Those are the people I can’t stand. I think the term “financial freedom” means different things for different people. I don’t like or dislike people based on how much money they have. Because I DON’T CARE. I have my furry best friend too! I have a couple of fantastic kids and grandkids who are attempting to find their own way. My parents are long gone and I’ve forgiven them and moved on. They did their best. My wish for society is to find a way to co-exist with those who annoy you. Life is too short to waste so much time hating those you don’t know. Have a nice day Truth! Keep trying 💕

You do realize their dad gets time with them as well. During his time with the kids, she is able to do solo trips and when it is her time, she can bring them along.
