Swift Command Is Acting Strange

Hello & Welcome back to Caravan Escapades and welcome to this Vlog. I have been having some issues with the swift command remote access and alerts. It all began when I started receiving emails that told me the battery was disconnected and to take immediate action, (It wasn’t). I am also unable to access the system remotely, I can access it at the caravan via Bluetooth and all is well. Also, whenever we disconnect the EHU cable, it triggers an alert and I get a call from the monitoring service telling me the battery has been disconnected. I have it booked in at Mg to get sorted, but the biggest frustration with this is that Sargent Electricals phone has been engaged all week and they have not responded to my email and online request for support.
Anyway I will keep you update
