Depends on how you'll use her. Universally, all units are great at A1 Ult10 can potentially be great as well if you're focused on getting her Lifepoint passive up to 9 as soon as you can. If anything, A1 then U10. If you're going to backrow her only for her passive, then U10 + August A4 for optimal play
if you want to use her for DPS, prioritize A1. If you want to use her as a buffer, prioritize U10. I would prioritize U10 but it depends on how you want to use her most.
