If anyone says Thor wouldn’t be op is just tryna be different, we just saw a FOUR STAR do a 300k sp3 with a 100k medium him as a 6* now would be op and it wouldn’t even be close
yeah it would be bonkers. he will have better damage than cgr. but on the utility side, not much will be there

@@seki97 yeah for sure. But now also his damage is just really good even with 2 armor breaks. A utility buff will be better for him than damage buff I feel like. But for fun stuff yeah if they even increase the armor break cap to 3, it would be insane

Let's not forget the update that nerfed these champs was an entire game engine rework that started using flat values for abilities instead of percentage values which is what really helped make these champs amazing, particularly Scarlet Witch. RIP to these old ballers
Honorable mention: at s99 OG Black Widow used to have 100% AAR. Was a proud owner of OG 4* BW with s99. Insane.

I think now it's 80 or 90% only, which is still decent, but her damage is severely lacking

used a 4 star dr strange for my first clear on RoL (Guillotine for wolvy), I couldn't get a SW or starlord, so I had to use Dr. Strange, I miss the days when he was considered a top champ.

For me doctor strange wasn't overpowered, right now there's more champs stronger than what he was before like ghost, Hercules, D. doom and more... I really really love a good buff for doctor strange I don't know why kabam is taking to long..
Yeah even he got his old abilities back, not many will use him I feel. But those days Dr.strange was the best in the game even with these abilities. So they nerfed, which I think they shouldn't have anyways. Thor and witch were OP I agree but strange, no. He was just good.

So I took my five star doc strange to r5, sig 200. And I kinda still love him. His regen is still actually really solid, and his nullify mechanic coupled with 5/5 MD is insane in buff matches

Strange healing and thor armor break used to be percentage based ( which means as dr strange the more damage u dealt the stronger the healing is , and thor makes enemy armor rating become like -10000)...

Thank god I started play after this patch and most of champs maintain their utility for years since then. I don't imagine a MCOC that champs like Doom, CAP IW, NF and Ghost got no utility.

Few players know that Strange armor phase sp2 would apply weakness debuffs, a stack of three weakness debuffs would allow him to eat a sp3 with very mininal damage.
These were the good old days where story mode Thanos boss was a beast.
A champion to champion basis.
Thor- He was powerful but today Hela with enough set up can do the same if not more damage and there are a plethora of armor break immune champions and purify champions. So a case could be made for a buff.
Scarlet Which- Her stun lock mechanic was too overpowered and I agree needed some adjustments. She is usable today which is good enough.
Dr. Strange- He definitely needed that nerf especially to health Regen and perfect block. Though IMO he's also due for a rework so there's that.

About Thor - he takes huge damage for 4-5 parry ,when Hella's take BYN for hold heavy, that's needed more skill
@@Dexxmachine not huge damage tho. only in variants, parry damage is noticeable and just few heal will do it. thor is less complicated than hela. once you get used to continuously parry like that then i feel pre nerfed thor will be better than hela. only for abyss and labyrinth i think hela will be better coz of damage cap..
doc strange did not need a nerf, he only had regen and perfect block during that spell it seemed balanced imo
@@Lagacy yeah exactly! they turned a solid champ into a meme. at least they couldve turned down that regen a tiny bit and kept the damage and perfect blocks. even if bring back the pre-nerfed strange now, i dont think he will be that popular.

This was also the update that changed things from percentage to values which actually affected even starlord damage, also till date I have not been able to figure out the values. Like if my champ has 2K crit rating does that mean they have good crit chance or bad? How many times will they crit. It actually makes no sense
yeah even i prefer percentage. i guess that is also available in the champion stats i always use that. values is just to make things easier in stuff like precision and other crit buffs. like saying a champion gets +1000 crit rating is better than saying +50% crit rating which might affect the champion in a different way than expected. idk how to explain this clearly
Recently duped my 6* Thor. If I can max sig or get close to it I'll R2 in hopes of one day, they right this wrong.

Dr Strange CARRIED me through act 3-5 on my main account pre-nerf because of that crazy regen. I’ll never forgive Mcoc for what they did to my boy.

I would say scarlett witch they could bring back because there are so many champs immune to stun or you can’t get opening a as easily. Because she doesn’t do as much damage it would be grindy to use her for a quest and some nodes would prevent her from having that effect esp cuz its rng. Doctor strange would be fine to bring back because there’s not as much safety like sw lockdown. Champs can go unblockable when he has perfect armour up block and just because he was sustainable with heal didn’t mean he’s not unkillable. Thor would be too broken.
dr strange shd definitely come back. but both thor and scarlet would be broken. you are kinda wrong abt her damage. what u saw was just a 4* doing that much without synergies. now with quicksilver synergy and 6* rank 4, damage will be bonkers. and also she was rng dependant but not that much. easily she was able to stun lock for 100 hits at least. stun locking+damage+synergies would be too broken so its better to leave her as it is now
I thought it was Sentinel. I just remember how so many people were upset at how difficult Sentinel was when it got released.
They were upset because of AQ sentinel before they nerfed them to have only 2 bars max and some other tweaks. The regular sentinel was practically untouched

that wasnt overpowered. its same as falcon but you dont need to hold block basically. and she had lesser damage and utility that falcon..i felt like they shdnt have nerfed black widow. Even if she is reverted back to pre nerfed black widow now, i dont think ppl will rank her up over other AAR champs unless they add additional utility to her along with 100% AAR

yeah! many more are there. even star lord got nerfed in that update by a bit. he was able to do faster and unlimited damage with high combo. now its capped to 300.

İ dont know if you have any records about it,but will power mystery was nonsense before nerf,when using champion with debuffs opponents was gain much much more health than damage they take and champions with debuffs was impossible to use in arenas or aw , so many champs we call god tier today would be garbage if that willpower stay same.Scorpion,ibom,mole man,nick,quicksilver...

she had more chances of triggering stun and regen, which i think they halved it. and also her base crit rate was one of the top in the game, they nerfed that too so that she wont hit that many crits

@@skoolwifi3835 nah game changed quite a lot. Star lord isn't even consider to be top 125 in the game. And not even top 25 best in tech. No one is using him now. So many better champs came. And even the bad champs are getting buffed every month

@@t-stars710 he had growing critical chance with each hit. After a 15 hit combo, he had almost guaranteed critical with max sig. Used to hit like a train.

This wouldn't even remotely be considered op. This kind of thing would be the basic reqs to be considered even solid. Yeah thor would have above average damage, but still wouldn't be much better then cgr or knull. They just went through the terrible SW nerf again, and dr strange would only have really solid regen and block, nothing too overpowered
those days these champs were actually op. but from 2018 these things became normal. if these champs were reverted back to pre 12.0 then i think only sw will be kinda op. others will be solid

Honestly 6* rank 3 Thor with unlimited Armor breaks would be kinda insane. Maybe even game breaking. Even the 4* one in this video was able to hit 100k mediums. I don't think any cosmic champ can hit 100k mediums except Hela... but she requires ramp up, a weird playstyle and a synergy to do so. Meanwhile Thor just needs to parry probably thrice and get it going.

We can't get negative armor anymore, so while a couple of armor breaks would be a lot, you'd have diminishing returns the more you stack up, making it so that even though there may not be a cap on armor breaks, there would be a cap on how much damage he can achieve

Dr strangest regen would be still op but the damage of him an Scarlett witch would be just above average now and Thor's damage would be top but there are champs hitting as hard or close to it now
No, scarlet witch's damage would be very good and thors damage would be absolutely broken. In this video you saw 4* hit 100k mediums. If it was a 6* then it would've been like 700k sp3 with 400k medium. And you do this just by parrying
