I think this formula is more direct and relevant (just interchange the sign pag parang mali yung sagot)
Theta = (60h - 11m)/2
90 deg pag perpendicular
180 deg pag opposite
0 deg pag coinciding

Sir pede kaya tong formula na to y=y/12(M+angle) where M = Minutes halimbawa tumutok sa 3 therefore yung M is 15 mins then yung sa angle naman halimbawa opposite meaning 180 equivalent sya sa 30 mins therefore sa unang problem 12/11(10+30) =43.6363
