Junction 2 , A LWE event, saw three heavyweight back-to-back sessions for its third edition at London’s Boston Manor Park on June 9.
Heading up the bill was Adam Beyer and Carl Cox, who will be spinning a world exclusive duel set, as well as playing separate solo slots. Dixon and Âme also helmed a six hour session together, and Sonja Moonear is joined forces with Nicolas Lutz.
Ahead of the festival, Adam Beyer said: "It's a dream come true. Playing back-to-back with one of my absolute heroes will be one of the highlights of my life personally as well as professionally".

I know Adam is awesome. But Carl Cox is capable of reinventing like no other. He fucking throws a Dark Techno Set, and the next week he does a Funky/Vintage House one, and the next day he’s playing modern Tech-House... Always super happy and energizing the audience... And never disappoints!!!
I saw him do a '25 years in a the game' set and he was playing 90's hardcore and jungle! amazing

Have to say, this is a really, really good set. There's so much happening and so much variety. I've found many recent techno sets to be too monotonous but this brings in a lot of different genres, sounds and styles. It's so nice to hear trance and complex melodies coming back in.

He was mid set-and he dragged the needle across the track playing. And killed the music. We all stopped. Thought he'd lost it. He started laughing. The crowd started chanting 'Coxy Coxy Coxy' he reached into his record box. Pulled out this record and started leaning over the booth and waving it at the crowd. He then then put it on-and it was Robert Miles-Children.
Then warming up for Nick Rafferty at my residency-then seeing him the next day at Global Gathering-and he called me up into the booth. I turned to him as he was DJing and said 'You should drop that remix of Sanctuary you played last night' he laughed and motioned for me to look at the CD he'd just pulled out. It was the remix in question. He dropped it. The tent went right off. Still gives me goosebumps thinking about it.
