オーナーさんは古くからの親友とこの屋台を経営している。
好奇心旺盛で、屋台のみならず日本の製品の良さを海外に知ってもらいたいため、
貿易にも興味を示している。
ちなみに福岡の屋台でクラフトビールはここでしか販売していない。

I think thats fun running a bussines with your best friend. My highschool bestfriend and I running a side bussines together for 3 years. No hierarchy, we were the boss and the employes at the same time. Of course the brainstorming and debating always happen and I'm sure they experienced as well. But its because of friendship we can handle it well.

You can't say that you have been to Japan if you have not eaten at one of these Yatai. It's a Japanese culture to eat along the pavement.
Singapore have Hawkers and Japan have Yatais. I miss eating oden 🍢 and ramen 🍜 in Yatai. 😋👌🏼
