- red velvet just had a comeback so i thought it would be fitting to make a video of joy's vocals since i've been wanting to make one for a while :) park sooyoung’s voice is so unique and honey like; i love it! i also hope she feels better soon 🥺

So true. That's why Joy is called "Tone Fairy" in Korea and was voted #3 female idol with the best vocal color by knetz. Crush also recently chose Joy to feature on his title track and said that he wanted to collab with Joy because "she's got the most beautiful voice that's impossible to replace". The composer Hwang Hyun (who is called K-pop's Beethoven) said that Joy's voice is something that can't be achieved even with practice. Joy really is such a talented vocalist.

springles me too. I also love her tone. Other idols is really on power (belting) but Joy’s voice adds the flavor (the emotion). The softer, smoother and calming type of emotion.

All 6 of her songs debuted! She reached the Top 10 on the Billboard K-pop Hot 100 and charted for 33 weeks. Very proud of her!
