Oh man, the plot thickens. I really don't know what Shoto's deal is. His reaction to Deku earlier seemed genuine, so the sudden shift to: "Who cares? Just leave him there." attitude is strange. I do hope that was just somebody disguised as him, but I think the answer is more complicated than that.
