LoL how nice, when we said state capture politically we were called zupta, where the truth is a state is always captured,the only time it's a problem it's when the captures of the state loose power, that's why they made a lot of noise because Zuma took power from them, right now the old captures of the state are happy because they are the one's who are benefiting from the "crime"until a new person come and remove power like Zuma then that will be state capture for now it's business as usual nothing is wrong.
