Iron dumbbells with hand grooves worn into them, plates that are literally falling apart as you deadlift and worst of all, a rack that is bolted into the ground slightly off center troubling anybody who dares bench there.
I love how it only took Coop an afternoon to set up a full garage gym😅 Seriously man, you’re an inspiration to all of us in the garage gym community. Never would’ve started mine without your videos and it’s now the pride and joy of my house that’s used every day!
Coop your really need to go into garage gym design and builds as a company. If I’d walked into that garage and it was mine I would of wet myself with excitement great job!.

HB Plant High School in Tampa FL. We have one of the worst gyms in the county and the state. All of our bars are rusted and weight plates cracked. Half of our dumbbells are broken/lost and the racks themselves are falling apart (a few of the safety bars have snapped in half with only 225 on them). We desperately need a new gym 🙏
School Remodel Gym Suggestion: You should do the weight room of a Las Vegas School called "Calvary" or "Awaken" It's a private school with a large w/out room, but a lot of the equipment does not work, Cable, leg press so on.
I coach football at my old high school, Maxwell High School in Maxwell California. We have the smallest 11 man football team in California and our gym is crap. I let players use my equipment and take a group to a commercial gym, but the students and school would be very grateful to have the weight room renovated.

Gulf High School in New Port Richey Florida could use a gym upgrade. This year the school is celebrating is 100th anniversary and the football team is on the cusp of winning its first ever district title in the schools history after suffering multiple winless seasons recently. Brown County High School Nashville Indiana!!! Got flooded almost two years ago so we lost our flooring, a lot of old equipment. It gets the job done but if GGR would come through that would be HUGE! Much love and regardless if you come to us that is awesome you guys are giving back to the kids 💪🏼💪🏼

A remodel of my old high school KNIPPA ISD in knippa tx would be amazing it’s a small town right next to uvalde with lots of affected kids with a very old outdated gym. This school is amazing in academics and many students do multiple sports so this would help so many of the kids and coaches

COOP! I am a teacher and coach at Adair High School (Adair,OK). We are a very small school in Eastern Oklahoma and have a very low budget. Most years we are a school that does 100% free lunches for all students because we qualify for it since our district is just very low income area. Although we are low income our school is awesome and gets great support from the community, ESPECIALLY in sports. We are very competitive and have won several state championships, but our weight room is one thing that is very out of date and really needs new equipment. It would be so cool to have someone like you remodel our gym and give our athletes a place to be proud of as they put in their hard work year in and year out! Hope you see this! A great high school is Hampshire high school. Our strength coach works his tail off with the out dated weight room we have and still is able to get it done. Our squat racks are older than I am and our platforms give us splinters and chip off, yet everyday we continue to grind and work harder than most other schools.
If you want to give some more stuff away. The Air Support Bureau (rescue and patrol) for Orange County Sheriff (California) could use some new kit for our Snake Pit gym.

Nominating Oxford HS in Oxford MI for the gym makeover. You may have heard of Oxford, last November it fell victim to a school shooting in which four students lost their lives. Hana St Juliana, Justin Schilling, Madisyn Baldwin and Tate Meyer. Tate was a star football player, wrestler & helped coach wrestling; in fact, he assisted my sons wrestling team. Oxford has been through a lot this past year. It'd be nice to see the students of Oxford get a little something back. Just my two cents. I hope you give them consideration. Love the channel man. Im a high school PE teacher I run a weightlifting club and train the basketball and volleyball team in the weight room. We have pretty good set up but could definitely use some upgrades. Love the channel you inspired me to be have a home gym for life.
If you do a give away on the gym equipment give it to Palo Verde High School. It’s a small community that doesn’t have much, but they have allot of love and they would appreciate you forever for it.

Hey Coop! Been a big fan of GGR since your early days on CZcams. But blessing Sam with this setup is probably my favorite video you've done so far. No doubt it will inspire others to be more generous to those around them too. Regarding the high school remodel you mentioned, my wife works for several different charter schools in very low-income parts of Philadelphia. In the inner cities, providing fitness/sports opportunities is one of the best ways to keep kids off the streets and drugs. I'm sure ANY of the schools she works for would benefit greatly from a GGR donation! I'd be happy to get you more info if you're interested :)
You should try to come to Midland Valley High in Warrenville, SC. They have been using the same gym for YEARS. It’s very basic and not really colorful. It doesn’t give off good vibes when you go in it, i feel a upgrade would help.
I would love to see the Northeast Nodaway gym in Ravenwood, MO remodeled. The added on to their existing building a few years ago and part of it is used for their weight room. It's a decent weight room but the equipment is basic. They have 3 rigs but they have the junky circular deals instead of J cups and they have to be unscrewed to be adjusted. Their plates and barbells are not the best quality either. They do have a pretty good range of dumbbells, however they are very old. The also have some REALLY old machines (leg press, leg curl, leg extension, and lat pulldown). Northeast Nodaway is a small school and I don't foresee them being able to update their weight room anytime soon.

I built a garage in my backyard to put a gym in. Now it's full I'm putting other gym pieces around my back yard for an outdoor gym.

Im a high school PE teacher I run a weightlifting club and train the basketball and volleyball team in the weight room. We have pretty good set up but could definitely use some upgrades. Love the channel you inspired me to be have a home gym for life.

If you do a give away on the gym equipment give it to Palo Verde High School. It’s a small community that doesn’t have much, but they have allot of love and they would appreciate you forever for it.

Hey Coop! Been a big fan of GGR since your early days on CZcams. But blessing Sam with this setup is probably my favorite video you've done so far. No doubt it will inspire others to be more generous to those around them too. Regarding the high school remodel you mentioned, my wife works for several different charter schools in very low-income parts of Philadelphia. In the inner cities, providing fitness/sports opportunities is one of the best ways to keep kids off the streets and drugs. I'm sure ANY of the schools she works for would benefit greatly from a GGR donation! I'd be happy to get you more info if you're interested :)
i’m multiple months late, but a remodel of my hs alma mater urbana high school’s (ijamsville md) gym would be really dope to see 🙏🏽
You should try to come to Midland Valley High in Warrenville, SC. They have been using the same gym for YEARS. It’s very basic and not really colorful. It doesn’t give off good vibes when you go in it, i feel a upgrade would help.
I would love to see the Northeast Nodaway gym in Ravenwood, MO remodeled. The added on to their existing building a few years ago and part of it is used for their weight room. It's a decent weight room but the equipment is basic. They have 3 rigs but they have the junky circular deals instead of J cups and they have to be unscrewed to be adjusted. Their plates and barbells are not the best quality either. They do have a pretty good range of dumbbells, however they are very old. The also have some REALLY old machines (leg press, leg curl, leg extension, and lat pulldown). Northeast Nodaway is a small school and I don't foresee them being able to update their weight room anytime soon.
You should remodel Saint Joseph Regional High School in Montvale, NJ. Awesome school with great kids. Sorely in need of a remodel.
