Probably either the VA was unable to voice at that time or its a bug in the game(hoping its the latter)

I always play with CN or JP audio, but today I downloaded the ENG one for Boothill. When I arrived to this part, I was so heartbroken that Argenti wasn't voiced. He's my favorite character! ToT

It's really weird if it "just a bug". I mean, every characters move their mouth when they speak. But if you look closely, EN Argenti just close his mouth and doesn't speak at all. I'm curious if it really a bug or there's a reason why they didn't include his voice.

Unlike HI3 and Genshin that mouths are lipsync'd to chinese, HSR uses a trick that moves the mouth reacting to sound to emulate lipsync, therefore if there is no audio voiced, argenti will not move his mouth.

If you ask me, HSR should’ve went with the Honkai Impact 3rd route and only have CN and JP voices
Playing a Honkai game in English doesn’t give off the authentic Honkai vibe
