Hey man. Got a few of these 50cc (110 actually) version I'm trying to refit. Thing is noone stocks the covers for the battery/loom. I only got a top that's really battered. They seems to have disappeared where I live. All the kids wants to ride 2strokes 🙄 Could you by chance measure the two parts. Outter dimensions and hole positions? I can then do a 3d model of these and add then to thingiverse so we can print em.
Hmm yeah I can measure but what part are you talking about specifically? Like the cover that goes over the battery? It kind of comes from the rear and covers the battery from the back. Can you show me a picture of one so I know for sure?

great video brotha,..how reliable are they, im thinking of getting one to chill and buy groceries, even though i have a yamaha 600... this looks like something to use just for shopping and short riding,..so is it worth getting it,..let me know thanks
I think the beauty of this bike is the engine is a Chinese version of a Honda 125cc. So... parts are cheap while still being pretty dang reliable. I've not had any serious issues and I've rode it regularly for a couple years now. I had to put on a different fuel petcock since I couldn't find a comparable one here in the US. (German bike) so some parts not related to engine have to be ordered from overseas
Hey I have a 50cc engine changed to 125cc lifan I bought a 37t rear from ooracing Which front sprocket is best I have current 17t front and 53t back It goes 80kmph without rattling and top is 90 I was thinking 14t and 37t

I have a sachs madass and i need to spray starter fluid on carb every time to start

Carburetor issue for sure, maybe just replace the whole thing and make sure there are no air leaks
Is it the original engine, 125cc Sachs? Sounds really good!
As far as I know thr engine is original. But it has a Yoshimura exhaust lol

oh good question! i have never played around with the gearing on this bike so i'm not able to offer any advice

The handlebar came installed when i got it so i'm not sure..

It came with it already installed and i can't remember the company that installed it.. Pretty sure it is custom made though.
