My grandma passed away a week after you put this out, I was so sad I couldn't listen. The empty chair in the video just stares back at me. She was always in her recliner. Rest in piece grandma I love you.
So sorry for your loss. Much love ❤️
I feel with you ❤
So sorry for your loss love and comfort to you
My heart feels that. I continue to miss my dear grandma. I'm sure your grandmother feels your love. Take it easy ❤
❤
"I remember being a little girl and watching my parents dance in the living room to that music. They've been gone over 30 years but whenever I hear this piece, it takes me back to those times."
No place like home while listening to these old time classics😊
True!
@@vitoscavo1259
Even more when you're deeply 😴 💤 and you have the 🔂 button playing throughout the night 🌃 until morning 🌄
So true
Not sure why, but I feel like I once lived in this era when listening to this music, seeing this scene, the furniture, decorations, and the vibes. Everything is so familiar, so nostalgic. That is why I love listening to jazz, and cannot withstand modern music.
I will see my grandma again, someday ❤ Thank you Grandma for teaching me about Jesus and his everlasting love ❤
1 Thessalonians 4:17 - Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Beautiful Ambience. The picture suits the mood perfectly.
My Grandmothers were born around 1906, now long gone. They would have grown up with music from 1906-26.
Both married in the 1930's and would have danced/romanced to music from that era, which the first song sounds like. A decade known for economic hardships but glamorous movies to help people escape from the harsh realities of life during those times.
When I was a child, only one G. grandparent was still alive, well into his 90's.
Luckily I met him, I guess he was born around 1880.
He lived in a double fronted cottage. He had been a blacksmith, so one room looked like a cobbled floor pub, with a wooden settle and several items of iron work. The other room, I guess was my G.Grandmothers was like walking into a Victorian Parlour, a lace covered dining table, large family portraits on the wall in gilt frames, oil lamps and an upright piano. This was the 1970's, to me it was like walking into a museum - amazing.
@softsophisticate . This is a beautiful, eloquent comment!
I really like these oldies tunes. Very reassuring vibe. Like everything will be okay feeling.
Beautiful relaxing music, in a very cosy and comforting setting. Thank you.😊💖
❤It is music that takes us back to the distant days of our childhood when the world was simple and happy
This takes me back to when we watched cassette tapes on my grandparents' box tv. ❤❤
To have lived back then! Incredibly wonderful share of these vintage oldies!
I wish my grandma lived long enough to reach peak grandma. She was the best grandma you could ask for. Thanks, Grandma, for doing the best with the cards you were dealt. Love you lots.
Words fail to describe the beauty of this video. Thank you from the heart. God bless you
I miss my grandmother so much. This made me cry😢
I understand miss my grandparents too
me i would be curled up on that armchair with a good book and hot mug of coffee, this is awesome
Wish my Nanna was here now.... Thankyou 👍♥️
Imagine her with you ,even though she's always with you in spirit despite being gone from this 🌎
PS,sorry fir your loss
@@mikhailabunidal9146 Thankyou, Yes I do feel she is with me...
I am playing this music every morning welcoming my kindergarten students to classroom. The music brings calmness as they enter and play quietly waiting for class to begin. Thank you.
It would be nice to also have the playlist of the beautiful songs you put in this video 🥺💛
Sometimes I watch videos on YT of people exploring abandoned farm house of an old couple and I feel so much sadness of knowing their memories and stuff is rotting away... God time goes by so fast it's ridiculous.
Great picture, has a nostalgia to it and loosely resembles the grandparents home and decor.
Believe it or not, my livingroom is almost the same as this. I have a green wingback chair and a vintage table beside it. I do fudge on the music thou..I play it on my bluetooth lamp, vintage of course. TY for sharing this.
That sounds wonderful!! Where did you get the b.t. lamp?
@@stevengoracke7644 The lamp isn't bluetooth, just the bulb in the lamp..see?
She passed away yesterday and today this pops up to me.. My poor grandma..
I'm so sorry to hear that, much love to you and your grandmother! 🖤🖤🖤
@@katsploon thank you🙏
Excellent title choice
I always listen to vintage oldies every time I study. Idk if it’s just me but it helps me a lot while studying like I concentrate better and it feels so cozy at the same time cause winter is starting. This perfect. I appreciate your videos a lot thanks for your hard work @Lepreezy ❕💕
How i wish to live in this time ...with someone I love ...life would be so pretty
Ностальгия по диснею, спасибо ему за детство, ведь он тоже дарил такую музыку с прекрасными мультфильмами.
И автору канала респект за такие видео!
Such happy memories of my grandparents growing up to this at Christmas time love this beautiful music makes you feel safe and at home miss and love my grandparents so much I miss being little my grandmas would rub my head to fall asleep always so peaceful they make everything better grandparents are truly amazing
I’ve been randomly thinking about my late grandma’s house a lot; this is so weird. I miss them 😭and that house
It's ok to reminisce. Does it remind you of a more care free time. When I think of mine I have similar feelings.
@@Thewatcher10000 definitely… my goodness, being a child… especially during that time period… just happy and care free. You feel the same?
@andin916 Yeah defo a time where I still had the time and chance to aspire to be and do anything you want.
Big up to all the amazing and missed grandmother!.
I hope we are half the people our elders are.
While revisiting this old video, it almost feels like I'm reliving those moments again. Nostalgic memories are truly special, and this video brings them back to life in a way. However, we should always remember that, even though we've captured the most beautiful aspects of our memories, we've also grown and changed a bit more with time. Those years are behind us, but thanks to this video, I got the chance to experience those moments again. It's been quite a journey!
Can't be a patron but sure can give it a thumbs up.
Oh yes! Been waiting for your new video. Thank you for this. Your videos helped me sleep at night💞😊

Lovely 😌 Thankyou 🙏❤️
I find my self here ❤
I love this so much. ❤
This is just wonderful ♥️
This is cozy and it immediately made me miss my grandmother’s coconut cake.
Your missing something, your missing the old clock ticking.
Crochet doily on the end table. Maybe one on the back of the chair.
I love your channel. ❤ Thank you for your uploads.
Mi abuelita me esperaba con una taza de té 🫖
I really like your channel. I fall asleep to your music every night 🌌
Best music to listen to
That place is cute 😍

Beautiful. Thank you.
Nostalgic,, 🇫🇮😊✨✨✨🌙✨✨✨❣️
Ya, I'll be a grandparent in a few short weeks that being said I think 80s hits would be in order for my grandchildren.
Love this ❤
Fantastic! 🦋🦋Big like! 🦋🦋Have a nice day 🦋🦋
💕🥰
Nice channel incredible work
Ótimas canções!
That Sounds more like my great grandmother's music playing rather than my grandma's
Lepreezy ❤
Where is the loud refrigerator and clock??
and the loud broken fan in the bathroom??
THATS WHAT IM SAYING!!!
and the loud old washing machine
And the candy dish😅
I don't know if you do requests but you should do Bob Marley in the other room, some of his mellow songs like "Three Little Birds" would be AMAZING in the format! Great comp btw.
55:59, 1:05:05 for later
❤️🥰
❤
Oh the memories...
I can smell Uncle Charlie's pipe and see the mixed nuts in a fancy glass dish on a crocheted doily on the end table. He is relaxing comfortably enjoying his pipe. Auntie Mary is sipping
Manischewitz wine with my mother as they chat and crochet. The small bit of wine is in a thin fragile stemmed glass. I am playing with the paper dolls my silver haired aunt gave me. Where did over 60 years go?
As one gets older, time seems to go faster and faster.
I was just about to put the phone down. Then it played next 🎶🎙"
Give me a kiss to build a dream on
And my imagination will thrive upon that kiss
Sweetheart, I ask no more than this
A kiss to build a dream on
Give me a kiss before you leave me
And my imagination will feed my hungry heart
Leave me one thing before we part
A kiss to build a dream on
When I'm alone with my fancies
I'll be with you
Weaving romances
Making believe they’re true"
Aww...I really have to go! Sweet notes & melodies to all!
That chair could use a cat on it. 😸
@Ccat488 Yes, that's true. But a human wouldn't be able to sit in the chair until kitty decided to move! 😊
Grandma didn't have an indoor cat 🤷🏽♀️
43:42 what's this song called?
The empty chair is pretty sad though.
She's in the other room making some tea and snacks in her nightgown and slippers
@@brithafley thanks for that scary image, how do you expect me to get any sleep now.
Dats mah grandma chair
😌😌☕☕
Best ZAZZ
I would like to know what the songs are
🤍
Yes, but comforting. Like the chair in Nanny Mc Phee and the husband would go and talk to his wife about his problems
hi dave lets🎉 hear this😊today
Kudos to a great team for a masterful, if unavoidably transient, recreation of a great lost human civilization, by the awesomely expressive means of a poignant medley of unalloyed siren songs, carried on the output of a virtual legacy console radio, reaching out through the 21st century world-size theater of the Internet, and hauntingly accompanied by a strangely complementary rain-like virtual 1940s static.
That civilization, in its situational evening dress and smoking jacket, while dining and dating, fully brings the monster war into the cabaret and music hall, and crafts a ballad or full medley, replete with the tragedies - and duties - of romance on the eve of deadly battle.
The abrupt counterpoint is set, and forcefully maintained by its protagonists, born in a world both whose public and private supporting piles are driven deep into the bedrock of a starkly tangible, proactively evolving, and immensely proud human civilization, itself upholding the national edifice.
When the compelling, almost hypnotic, and other-worldly refrains and lyrics finally fade back into eternity, we suddenly awake to a stunning reality:
We have crafted a far better fitted and minutely informed bath set for life’s complex nursery - only it’s just now that we’ve noticed that the baby is long gone.
...hombre!
never had a grandmother... nice music though.
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨🌕
Whats the first song called????❤❤
"Call it anything, it's love."
Nice but it all seems very ghostly. Who are these singers? What are these songs?
What is the song playing at 57:00?
A penny a kiss a penny a hug by Teresa Brewer and Snooky Lanson
@@BoyGreenGirl Thanks!
What era is this?
With the furniture and wall paper and brown wood I feel 40s or 50s.. maybe I’m wrong.
What is the song that starts at 53:05?
Steve Lawrence - Sudden Fear

Amen.
Does anyone know the song at 1:40:37

'Si Si, Some More' by Barry Wood & The Wood-Nymphs
