- Are you ready for some easy amigurumi?! This Crochet Bunny has very little sewing involved because the only pieces that need to be attached are the arms and feet (and those are optional!) The entire body and head and the two floppy ears are crocheted in one piece giving you less parts to sew together and ends to weave in. Just start from the bottom up! I will walk you through the entire pattern.

I messed up on making mind so to anyone who reads this comment it’s ok to mess up that’s the magic in crochet 😁 it doesn’t have to look perfect ❤️
This pattern (and tutorial) is EXCELLENT for a quick, last minute gift! My granddaughter came 5 weeks early and I was able to get this done for her first Christmas!
The Bunny is very cute! The basic crochet stitches are a plus!! You are definitely skilled at crochet...your stitches move so swiftly on the tutorial it is challenging for the viewer to follow. Thank you for making the written instructions available.
I have made it throught the body and ears. I love it already. This one will be mine. I will have to hand sew the eyes and nose I don't have the safety eyes yet. Thank you for a good tutorial. I still have arms, legs, and tail to finish but I am proud of myself for making it this far.
Thank you for this tutorial! I found it very easy to follow along and managed to crochet the cutest little bunny. And for someone who has only crocheted a blanket before, i was surprised how well it went haha
I have been crocheting a while. I am ready to try my hand at making one of these cute stuffed animals. This seems like a good tutorial to start with. Thank you for the full written pattern as well. Also stitch markers are your friend. I have to use mine when working in the round.
Really cute but EXTREMELY hard to follow especially for this being a beginner video. Would help if you could slow down and explain what you’re doing a little more in detail
You can slow it down in the settings button
Adding a stitch count at the end of each row would be helpful too especially for beginners
Even slowing it down she doesn't tell you how many stitches and the end of each rom
It helps if you slow the playback.....I know, I was like just starting in my SC’s in the magic ring, and she was completely finished and onto the ears! Lol lol, 😅😂🤣 And I’ve been crocheting almost 50 years! I learned from my great-Grandmother. So don’t feel it’s you who are slow!
I don’t think she claims for it to be a beginner video. The term “easy” is relative to how skilled of a chrocheter you are. She is clearly amazing by her speed stitches lol
Thank you for the video. I made the bunny and it turned out so cute. I have been crocheting for over 40 years and this was fun and easy to make. I have a little friend I will be giving it to. Thanks again.
Your teaching is very self explanatory and very straight to the point.
I never fail when I take on a project of yours and always complete my work with a huge smile. Thankyou so much for sharing your talent and leaving the links for Amazon xx
I just finished making this. So adorable. Thank you for your tutorial. God bless you for your creativity.
Love the bunny and I'm making my second one. The only thing I would suggest you had done was to continue to tell us the number of stitches we should have at the end of each round. Other wise just love the bunny!!
It is on the written pattern in the description
@@zoointhehouse5509 sorry i cant find the info on number of stitches
Thank you I like this and I doing also
Yes. agree it would help to know the number of stitches at the end of each round. used to crochet as a child, but have just started again in my 60s. Any crotchet pattern is hard for me to follow. My grandmother never used patterns. I am learning that crochet doesn't have to be exactly like the directions say, I had to adapt my stitches a little, but my bunny came out cute.
Yes need amount of stitches at end of each row
This was such a helpful tutorial! 💚💚💚I actually used the body, head, arms, and legs for a superhero for my very first stuffed crochet item as a beginning crochet-er. My daughter loves it! Now I'm attempting the actual bunny for my other daughter.
I loved this tutorial! As a beginner this was easy to follow and the simple stitches made it easier. I loved how my bunny turned out.
This is absolutely adorable!! Can't wait to make one. Thank you.
It turned out so great! Was nervous because I'm an extreme beginner but after slowing the video down and a lot of going back, I now have the cutest little bunny.
There IS a recipe with the required stitches per row written right there within the information area. Thank you for sharing this cute little bunny for all of us to learn. I think people forget there is more than just comments there are actual directions given by the author. 🥰
Love that it's one piece for body, and head. Really cute! Thank you
This looks easy, I love it. So cute and cuddly!💋
That's real cute. Can't wait to get started. Thanks for sharing.
Finally! A speaking tutorial!!!! Yes please! Can’t wait to start
That's what I thought too! Plus a written pattern to follow with as well. Win win in my book!
Thank you for this EXTREMELY EASY TO FOLLOW tutorial for the bunny. I think beginners should learn and practice the basic stitches first, then they would find this tutorial really easy to follow.
I just finished my first Bunny at 3:34 AM , it's not as perfect as yours , but I am still proud of it and thank you very much , can't wait to start on my second one tomorrow ., hopefully without reinforcement of the neck , I think I must have miscounted stitches or crochet too loose. Take you so much
Thank you for such a great tutorial! 👍👍👍 I had so much fun making the bunny 😁
I have seen a lot of tutorials, but nothing quite like this one. Thank you 🙏🏽
You have done it very well sister. God bless you so much.
I don't EVER leave comments, but this was the first crochet animal I ever made and it came out so good! Thank you so much for making this video. It was just in time for Easter. I'm making one for each of my kids in their favorite colors to put in their baskets! ❤
Love you videos! Trying to learn how to make different animals.
I can't wait to make this cute bunny for my grandsons for Easter.. I'm going to try it in a bigger hook and use thicker yarn..
Omg super cute bunny I love how you teach your very patient
Thank you so much this is an incredible easy pattern to follow and video tutorial is awesome. Clear and precise two thumbs up. I am making a blue one and pink one for my grand niece and nephew
Tried this bunny . My ears flopped the wrong way but I tried a second time and got it right. Very good explanation. Thanks so much . My grand baby will be delighted.
Thank you so much for sharing I made it with you and it's adorable
Great tutorial. Thank you. Made it in no time. Please make more like this. Was fun to make.
I made 2 so far, I added 3 little satin roses just below the ears. Thank you
Absolutely fantastic video! 👏 Super easy to follow 👌
Love this bunny, so easy to follow. Thank you so much ❤️
Thank you! I love mine, its not the best but yeah. It took a little longer since I had to write down the instructions since I do better reading the instructions but it was worth it!
So cute!
that is indeed a cute bunny! thanks for the good instructions greetings Jeannette
Thank you always want to crochet bunny!
Love your bunny. Thank you for sharing with us all. I subscribed to you channel. Love your video's. Have your self a great day.
Yes number of stitches after each row would be helpful
Thank you for your excellent tutorial. I love the bunny. In time for Easter. Made 2 of them!!
I'm working on my third bunny for my kiddos. Love this tutorial ❤️
Omg too cute 😍
Adorable
I love those bunnys.
It so pretty.
i like the pattern with body and head . that was pretty easy to follow. the leg was a little harder you need to give a stitch count ,but i still got thru it . lost a little volume on the leg . thanks for the video.
My legs and arms came out so small compared to the body. I know I crochet tight but it wasn’t even proportionate with the body. Yogurt body and arms and legs came out so much bigger but at least they matched size wise. I used a H hook too😞
This bunny is absolutely adorable!
I want to thank u ever so much for sharing this super easy to follow video I loved making my very first bunny ❤
Just adorable! My niece is due soon and I think I will make one for the new little one and his little-bit-older brother! Thanks for the great idea!
I made one with a 3mm hook for a baby and 1 with a 5mm for a toddler & a 6mm for a 5 yr old ..they turned out really cute😊
Great video! Thank you!
Made march 19 2024 I love it
Love this little bunny
So cute
Great nieces and nephews gifts for sure
Thank you
You are so clever thanks a lot
Awesome video I learned so much
Thank you! i now have a birthday gift for my friend
This is adorable and I just got done with the body and ears plan on adding a bow to the ears and maybe a egg she will hold.
Love the bunny can u use this body to make a dog or bear?
Thank you
Thanks for this cute bunny! My first one I’m keeping (practice). I’m making 3 more for my grandchildren for Easter. Pink, blue, and purple. One each. I can’t find the written directions though. I copied the steps into my pattern book.
I looove it
Thanks for sharing
You are so easy to follow. Could you make a video on making a magnolia flower? I've seem them but all music. I need one that talks so I can follow. Thanks
Cute pattern. Almost finished one just have to do the tail 🧶
i made like 3 of these this is so cool !
Hi in your book round 7 you have 2sc in next st, sc in next 3 sts, repeat from* around join, ch 1(50 sts) Rounds 8-19 Sc in each st around, join,ch1
I was wondering if you don’t like using the magic circle if you can use the chain method to do this. I have a hard time using the magic ring and because of my fingers and I find the chair method works better for me so I don’t make my stitches so tight
Thank you!
I found a way to make the eyes safer cut a round piece of felt cut a little slit in it and put it on before the little washer it will help secure the eyes
What I do is put on the CC (closed caption) feature and pause to work the round. I just learned crochet 2 months ago.
This is my first project ever, im really enjoying it so far. Im about halfway through the head and it just want to go straight out. If I try to pull the fabric up, it bunches like crazy...
Any tips?
Thanks for the tutorial. I love the completed bunny. However I used 4mm crochet hook and 4 ply yarn but the bunny didn't turn out to be as big as yours. Please advise
I love this, going to try it in velvet
Hey there! I love this pattern! I plan on selling plushies in the near future and was wondering if I can sell this bunny? I would give you credit for the original pattern. Thank you and hope to hear from you soon! Keep up the beautiful work!!
This is so cute and easy. Thank you.
so cute..Thank you for detailed instructions.. do you have the dress all video for this bunny?
I made one with a small hook it came out really cute. Thanks for sharing.
Did your number of stitches increase in rows 5-11? Mine keeps growing and I’ve been very careful to make sure I didn’t add extra stitches....😐
@@tenaneal6386 I made it exactly how she said. It look a little bit bad on the back but is ok. Every toy has its own uniqueness
@@tenaneal6386 You may be single crocheting in to the slip stitch or chain one from previous round. Did you use a stitch marker?
@@stellaor600 I did use the stitch marker but I’m pretty sure that was my issue... 😉 I had not heard of that “join and stitch one” before LOL
@@stellaor600 does this mean that when you are finished with the round, and about to move to the next round, you skip the very very first stitch and single crochet in the next one?
Love the bunny but I couldn't get my ears quite right,it would be helpful if you mentioned how many stitches we should have & how to sew on the arms & feet fir a beginner thats quite difficult.
I went to the written pattern and found out what to do . Thanks should have done that to begin with.. back to it!
Could you tell me where to find the written pattern please?
@@ashelyloree8137 in the description there is a link to it
I'm new to crocheting so I want to know if we wanted it make the legs or the arms longer how do we go about it?
I love this bunny. Can I ask you where you got your hook? I love the design of it and I like to collect hooks for my projects
So cute
On rows 5-11 you say to join but not chain 1 correct? You are kinda hard to follow but cute bunny. I’m going to try to finish.
Very well explained😁👌
what is size H hook? in iceland we have 4, 5, 6 and in between =)
Omg!! Slow down dear!! I’m going to scroll on and try to find an “easy” to follow tutorial, and I’ve done a baby sweater. This is like a race to the finish!!!
Frrr
Thanks!
Is your worsted weighted yarn acrylic, cotton? I have a hard time with 100% cotton yarn to make amigurumis.
When you complete a row it would be helpful to give the stitch count at end of every round.
I, too, hard a difficult time following the instructions, I had to improvise and ho back into the transcript several times.
Anywhere we can share our photos of how ours turned out?
The stitch count per row is included in the written pattern at her website.
i have one of your books crochet cute critters could i make the head and the body as one piece
How many stitches were you left with before starting the ears? ❤️❤️❤️
I've tried to crochet 1 bunny before and it turned out horrible simply because I sowed the head on wonky and so it's not looking straight... it was supposed to be for my nephew whom was just born. I still really want to try and crochet him a little bunny so I'm going to attempt to use this pattern instead since you are not sowing the head on the body but crocheting them together which should prevent my orginal problem. I'll edit this when I complete the bunny to tell everyone how it goes! I'm also a beginner to crochet, I've only really done granny squares
Edit: I have successfully crocheted 1 full bunny using this tutorial and half of another one. They have turned out so cute!
I love this, but mine got all confused and looks nothing like yours. I may have to try again.
Could you do a tutorial on how to make this bunny a much bigger version please
As of row 5 how many stitches should we have when we do the 2 and 1 pattern in row 4
I think I'm going to make a couple of these but I need to know if the chain ones are counted as a stitch or not
I don't think they are. I haven't counted them and it's worked out ok. I also made one in the round so no slip stich and chain one just continuous 🙂
@@stellaor600 does your chain ones stick out a bit? Mine is sorda noticeable. It is not a straight line either, kinda wraps around so as i get to the top its shows. Is this what its supposed to look like or how do i keep the chain ones straight?
@@christiine316 I used to have the same problem. I haven’t changed anything, but it seems to go away the more practice I get. It’s natural for the seam to have more ridges, as you’ll notice if you look closely, so does hers. It won’t affect the project at all
How many grams of wool did you use
Thank you for making this video I loved it but my bunny looks like a bobblehead. But that's okay with me I think I added to many stitches to it
