Beautifully explained ! Sat Naam. The act of chanting Naam allows you to disconnect from your mental and useless chatter and connect with all the Naam that is already happening . Naam is the singing of the Universe. It makes you more connected and in the present moment . (And consequently a less stressed and anxious person)
You sound like a new age nutter. Naam is ALL about God. Repeat God's name. I am sick of God not being the CENTRE. No wonder Sikhs are so confused and turn to Islam or Christianity. Stick to the basics - worship God .

ਵਡਾ ਸਾਹਿਬੁ ਊਚਾ ਥਾਉ ॥ ਊਚੇ ਉਪਰਿ ਊਚਾ ਨਾਉ ॥
Great is the Master, High is His Heavenly Home. Highest of the High, above all is His Name.
[nothing can be higher than God's name, naam is even higher than God (let alone his creation)]
ਨਾਮ ਤੁਲਿ ਕਛੁ ਅਵਰੁ ਨ ਹੋਇ ॥ There is nothing equal to the Naam.
ਨਾਨਕ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਪਾਵੈ ਜਨੁ ਕੋਇ ॥੮॥੨॥ O Nanak, rare are those, who, as Gurmukh, obtain the Naam. ||8||2||
ਸਤਿ (sat) means true. Anything that changes with time (ie all the things you describe) can't be called Satnaam because they are all temporary. For something to simply to exist cannot mean that it is true or that it is naam. For example we can't say we are doing naam jap because we are talking to each other (this creates dubidha in the sangat's mind)
ਨਾਮੁ ਰਹਿਓ ਸਾਧੂ ਰਹਿਓ ਰਹਿਓ ਗੁਰੁ ਗੋਬਿੰਦੁ ॥ The Naam remains; the Holy Saints remain; the Guru, the Lord of the Universe, remains.
ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਇਹ ਜਗਤ ਮੈ ਕਿਨ ਜਪਿਓ ਗੁਰ ਮੰਤੁ ॥੫੬॥ Says Nanak, how rare are those who chant the Guru's Mantra in this world. ||56||
Guru Jee says that even the sun the moon and the galaxies are all temporary and once they are destroyed only Naam, the saadhu, and Vaheguru will remain forever.
ਮਾਈ ਸਤਿ ਸਤਿ ਸਤਿ ਹਰਿ ਸਤਿ ਸਤਿ ਸਤਿ ਸਾਧਾ ॥ O mother, True, True True is the Lord, and True, True, True is His Holy Saint.
ਬਚਨੁ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੋ ਪੂਰੈ ਕਹਿਓ ਮੈ ਛੀਕਿ ਗਾਂਠਰੀ ਬਾਧਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ The Word which the Perfect Guru has spoken, I have tied to my robe. ||1||Pause||
ਨਿਸਿ ਬਾਸੁਰ ਨਖਿਅਤ੍ਰ ਬਿਨਾਸੀ ਰਵਿ ਸਸੀਅਰ ਬੇਨਾਧਾ ॥ Night and day, and the stars in the sky shall vanish. The sun and the moon shall vanish.
ਗਿਰਿ ਬਸੁਧਾ ਜਲ ਪਵਨ ਜਾਇਗੋ ਇਕਿ ਸਾਧ ਬਚਨ ਅਟਲਾਧਾ ॥੧॥ The mountains, the earth, the water and the air shall pass away. Only the Word of the Holy Saint shall endure. ||1||

You can really see this universal truth about Naam across almost all faiths, i.e. Lao Tzu says "The Dao that can be named is not the Eternal Dao". You can call it all by many names, but the real name cannot be spoken. Great video, thank you for your valuable work 🙏 you have an excellent way of simplifying & explaining things practically.

This is actual Sikhism. and on the other side what other parcharak in Punjab are asking for sit and start praying god which is really a bullshit.
But, He is expanding truth behind naam that we can pray god anywhere everywhere we have to first understand ourself and if we really understand us we are able to understand god. This is what actual my Nanak is.
Because the whole world is god and also god is inside us so we have to keep concentrate on this slogan " APNA MOOL PEHCHAN"

Jagat Guru Shri Guru Granth Sahib is the Center of everything...Whole Truth Saat Naam.
So many different religious people listen this & somehow feel some similarities in their own scripture. Yes they all feel & want claim Sikhi part of them. But Sikhi is whole truth nothing but truth. It may connect with different religions to one platform cause other scriptures only have partial truth & lot of ancient stories. So again they feel connected & amazed how some of their thought process agree & dot want fully admit, it's not your fault, it's your preacher conditioning in your own way.
