    I'm confused a little- inn the ingredient list there's no brown sugar… Do I replace one of the three cups of white sugar with the brown sugar??? Or am I supposed to add a total of 4 cups of sugar to 2 cups of water?! That seems extreme… I just want to make sure I understand bc I want to make this so bad! Your recipe is the v best version I’ve seen! Thank you so much!

      I uses a washed sugar (light brown sugar) you can use white sugar too with the same measurement... thank you for watching.

      no need of vinegar dahil maasim na ang mangga... mga ten days lanh ang shelf life nito inside the refrigerator dahil walang preservative... thank you for watching.

    pede po ba lagyan pa ng salt yung solution kahit nababad na yung mangoes sa salt 24 hrs? tas mag aadd naden ng vinegar sa solution and some peppers,garlic?

    Pakisagot kung ano gagawin q s ginawa qng pickled mangoes n after 2 days, bumubula n yung container pero kinain q some of them, masarap nmn. Pwede pakisagot kung pwede p rin bng iconsumed o itapon n lng?

      pagbumubula na nag start na yon masira... sterilize nyo po yong bote... at kung nasa refrigerator matagal naman ang shelf life nya... thank you for watching.

    Bat klangan pa iref ng 24 hrs after ibabad yung manga sa pickling solution kung sa pglagay sa bote ay yun din naman ang ilalagay. Why not pagkaluto nung pickling solution at lumamig ay diretso na ilagay yung mangga sa bote at ibuhos na yung solution.

      Sa brine solution po ibabad ng 24 hrs para manuot yong alat sa mangga para hindi mahalo yong alat ng mangga sa tamis ng pickling solution... pwede rin naman ideretso yong asin sa pickling solution... pero may pagkakaiba po ang lasa... kailangan din ibabad sa pickling solution for 24 hrs para equally distributed yong solution kasi pag diretso sa bote... maliit na ang space dun bk kulangin ng pickling solution... thank you for your suggestion... but it has really a difference... thank you for watching.
