The women’s 100 meter dash at the 2024 U.S. Olympic Trials in Eugene, Oregon has eventually happened this Friday June 21 at the Hayward Field. And once again, I must say what went down on the track was truly amazing. On a star studded lineup that included the likes of former NCAA 200 meters champion Abby Steiner, NCAA 200 and 100 meters champion McKenzie Long, and the sensational Melissa Jefferson, among others, Sha’Carri Richardson just did what we all didn’t expect.
Of course, she was coming into this race as a favorite to win owing to her impressive exploits last season at the World Championships in Budapest, where she dominated the women’s 100 meters to clock a championship record of 10.65 seconds.

Yes I predict Shacarri Richardson will win The 100 meters in The 2024 Olympic Games and break Flo jo's World Record of 10.49 in The 100 meters.
