    Četveroslojni kremasti kolač s kojim nećete pogriješiti 🍰🍫
    Kombinacija šumskog voća i čokolade koja se odlično nadopunjuje i može poslužiti u bilo koje doba godine (ili dana) 😉
    Kolač koji svatko voli, moji su bili oduševljeni, sigurno će biti i vaši 😍
    ✅Osim sto je tako ukusan također je: (kao i većina moji kolača):
    •Bez brašna (glutena)
    •Bez rafiniranih šećera
    •Bez mliječnih proizvoda
    •Vegan ukoliko med zamjenite javorovim ili nekim drugim sirupom

    Krenimo na pripremu👇🏼
    SASTOJCI
    •Podloga•
    130gr zobenih pahuljica
    120gr badema
    2 žlice kakao praha
    75gr meda
    140gr datulja bez koštice
    70gr kikirki maslaca
    50ml zobenog mlijeka
    Natopite datulje 15ak minuta u vrućoj vodi zatim ih ocjedite. Sameljite zobene i bademe u sjeckalici. Dodajte zatim preostale sastojke i sve dobro usitnite da se poveže. Dobivenu smjesu rasporedite u kalup 18cm promjera. Stavite hladiti.
    •Krema•
    170gr indijskih oraščića
    1 i pol konzerva kokos kreme (rashlađene)
    30gr kakao maslaca (otopljenog)
    2 žlice meda
    *70gr šumskog voća
    *110gr tamne čokolade (70-85%)
    Natopite indijske oraščiće 30ak min u vrućoj vodi, zatim ih dobro ocjedite i posušite krpom. Dodajte ih u blender zajedno s gustom kokos kremom iz konzerve. Izmiksajte malo da se pretvori u kremu. Zatim dodajte preostale sastojke (maslac i med) i miksajte dok krema ne bude skroz glatka bez grudica.
    3/4 (većinu) kreme odvojite sa strane.
    U 1/4 kreme dodajte šumsko voće i dobro izmiksajte. Dobivenu kremu dodajte u kalup kao prvi sloj i stavite hladiti da se stegne. (Najbrže će se stegnuti u zamrzivaču)
    •3/4 kreme podjelite na 3 jednake kreme.
    Otopite tamnu čokoladu i u prvu trećinu dodajte 3 žlice čokolade. Dobro promješajte i dodajte kremu kao 2. sloj.
    U drugu trećinu dodajte preostale 2 žlice čokolade, dobite ćete svjetliju čokoladnu kremu, dodati je kao 3. sloj
    I zadnju trećinu kreme (obična bijela krema), dodati kao završni 4. sloj.
    Stavite hladiti kolac 5-6 sati u dubokom ili najbolje preko noći. Poslužite i uživajte! 😍

    ✅In addition to being so delicious, it is also: (like most of my cakes):
    • Without flour (gluten)
    • Without refined sugars
    • No dairy products
    •Vegan if you replace the honey with maple syrup or some other syrup

    Let's start the preparation👇🏼
    INGREDIENTS
    •Crust•
    130g of oatmeal
    120 grams of almonds
    2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
    75 grams of honey
    140 gr pitted dates
    70 grams of peanut butter
    50 ml oat milk
    Soak the dates in hot water for about 15 minutes, then drain them. Grind oats and almonds in a chopper. Then add the remaining ingredients and chop everything well to combine. Spread the resulting mixture into an 18 cm diameter mold. Put to cool.
    •Cream•
    170 grams of cashews
    1 and a half cans of coconut cream (chilled)
    30g of cocoa butter (melted)
    2 spoons of honey
    *70 gr of forest fruit
    *110 gr of dark chocolate (70-85%)
    Soak the cashew nuts in hot water for about 30 minutes, then drain them well and dry them with a cloth. Add them to the blender along with the thick coconut cream from the can. Blend a little to make it creamy. Then add the remaining ingredients (butter and honey) and mix until the cream is completely smooth without lumps.
    Set aside 3/4 (most) of the cream.
    Add forest fruits to 1/4 of the cream and mix well. Add the resulting cream to the mold as the first layer and refrigerate until it hardens. (It will set the fastest in the freezer)
    • Divide 3/4 of the cream into 3 equal creams.
    Melt the dark chocolate and add 3 tablespoons of chocolate to the first third. Mix well and add the cream as the 2nd layer.
    In the second third, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of chocolate, you will get a lighter chocolate cream, add it as the 3rd layer
    Add the last third of the cream (ordinary white cream) as the final 4th layer.
    Put the stake to cool for 5-6 hours in a deep place or preferably overnight. Serve and enjoy! 😍
