What you showed on the Congress.gov website was a resolution brought to the floor by republican congresswoman Elise Stefanik as a public condemnation on VP Harris. Nowhere on the site does it have Border Czar as her official title or office. Her office wrote the resolution and could have called her Chief Dog Catcher if they wanted. Next time keep it good faith.
