LOL! my handlebar was so loose, first i thought the pole and base were one piece, so i serviced headtube and folding system and nothing changed so i realised it must be pole and base, and the pin you hammered im my case is totally outside and i thought its for holding turning ring (for holding folding lever). I have to yet fix it. Thanks a lot.
your welcome!
How did you remove it from the folding mechanism?
wiggle it.. :) because it's glued..
@@RMFUNTIK Alright, I will try. Thanks for reply.
How to remove the pin if I'm trying to replace the folding mechanism?
What exactly pin? There are two pins.
How to take off the pole from the connector? Your was loose, how to make it loose?
Originally it is glued on, in my case my client fell off the scooter so it came loose :) it's glued on thermal glue, you can try to use heat gun and melt it..
Thanks man I am in the stage where I have to buy whole pole 😊
From where can I buy that glue tubes?
local depo store
What is the part you used with the hammer , how can i replace it ?
hammer it out from other side.
I hear some click noise coming from this glued connection on braking and accelerating, I suppose the glue hardened and now it clicks, but I could not remove it to glue it again. Yours is too loose, not sure how you managed to do this.
Is this some regular 2 component glue like Bison for example?
in the old version they used hot glue in the new ones i think it's 2 component glue, it's difficult but you can remove it, try to use a heat gun.
@@RMFUNTIK Thanks. Should I just remove the residue and apply the new glue to fix it?
@@BojanBojovic yes, or it will be wiggly..
@@RMFUNTIK Thanks. Some special 2 component glue, or a regular one for metal?
@@BojanBojovic i would go for metal glue, but you can try 2 regular.. it will hold.
what is the other cream name ? not the epoxy resin
it's 2 component epoxy. (the white one was hardener)
@@RMFUNTIK thank you
@@RMFUNTIK do you have a link to where i can buy the part you hammerd in with the punch. (bought a xiaomi m365 with that part missing )
oh that little thing.. I don't really know the name of that part.. sorry.. never had an experience to search for that part.. try AliExpress
