Thanks for showing some of us how the rear diff works. I get on You Tube, and I learn something new every time I do. So that's what that switch on the dash does to engage the 2nd diff. Just don't get sidetracked and forget to disengage the diff or your fuel mileage may make you think you have a hole in your fuel tank. I hear that running both diffs seriously depletes the fuel and quick too. How many newbie truckers will do that? Definitely not an experienced trucker would do that.

It's been 28 days since we got to irrigate from the Rio Grande River here in NM. After my 1st irrigation in April, alfalfa weevils munched my 1st cutting. 2nd irrigation was 3 weeks later and got a good cut 2 weeks ago. I told the guy not to cut because rain was coming. He cut, we got 2 inches of rain, he raked then baled and it got traded 3 bales of cow hay for 1 bale of premium alfalfa. I have 1.5 acres using river irrigation. Now we are getting 105 degree heat and today it went to 106. The grasses died but that hardy alfalfa is looking good. We already know the Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District will cut us off in August. and we usually don't get cut off until Oct.1st. Our storage facility in Northern NM was under a construction rebuild to hold more water. Now nobody knows when the Army Corps of Engineers will get the project completed. Governments suck.
My daughter and son-in-law just shut down their little trucking business because they couldn't make any money. It looks like the entire trucking industry is getting turned on its head right now. I hope it all shakes out and settles down in the near future. Trucking is fundamental to our economy and it needs to be hitting on all cylinders. Love watching the videos Jax!

You have risen to the KNOWN. Not so long ago, you were happy to run the great UNKNOWN until you could afford to own the KNOWN. The UNKNOWN was always exciting, especially if you beat the system. Enjoy the KNOWN.🙂
@@slicksiderepairllc2822economy grinding to a halt combined with too many trucks pulling hoppers over the road. Hopefully it’ll correct itself this year. I’m seeing a lot of OTR hoppers being auctioned off the last few months.

Should run a ops and do oil samples every 25k. You can tell a lot about an engine based on oil. Also, can run extended drains if oil sample is good
