I still feel this is the best song that Chiodos ever released. Those screams are monstrous, the songwriting is peak, and the production is phenomenal.
Such an under rated song - I know this album was not well received when it came out but I always comeback to this
The production is insane. I get it that "fans" were still debating on the Craig thing and that stopped them from appreciating the music
This album is so underrated. I'll always consider it my gem. One of the only albums I can listen to front and back.
Absolutely the best Chiodos album. It deserves a retrospective from the masses. It's so damn good from front to back.
Apparently everyone hated it because it “wasn’t Craig” but this album is a damn masterpiece!

Definitely is lol... Craig owens is a talented singer but somehow he always manages to sound horrible no matter what he sings. I dont know how he does it

The onslaught of zombies makes sense to me
The other two early albums are so full of bangers, this is the only one from this album that I personally feel carries a strong melody and clash of emotion. Still, Chiodos always and forever underrated.

@@maxlittrell960 Since you have no intelligence, I'll state it simply; this song tells of a zombie invasion of a small town which is used as a metaphor for alternate forms of ideology being presented to a tight knit community who cannot adapt to them. Its message is very simple: stick with your crowd/community to fight whatever you don't understand.
It's also a story of failure, and why such methods lead to the demise of all such small communities no matter how hard they fight.
I mean, I'm no fuxkin philosopher or scholar, but I had a grasp on these concepts when I was 13 and this song came out, so take that as you will as my statement on your own ingenuity and intelligence.
