Dont want to go true the commends. But Basically the song title "nullkommaneun" means 0,9. Its a term used by local weed dealers. U pay for 1,0 g but u get 0,9. The dealer keeps the other 0,1 as "payment" since street dealers in Germany are commonly weed smokers themselves. But i guess that's not only in Germany the case.
