Watching Mel and Shawn start swaying to this is sheer delight; they instantly pick up on that slow, steady 4/4 rhythm that gives plenty of room for the off-beats. (Very common in early 70s music, but a casualty of the disco era, alas.)

Great song! Also on that album is my fave Aretha Franklin song - Oh Me Oh My (Im a Fool for You) - great song! That would have been my wedding song if he hadnt died from the Plague before we had gay marriage back in the day.. Its still a GREAT song tho! I know Mel would like it! Lol!

She wrote this song about Dennis Edwards lead singer of The Temptations who she was dating at the time. Its one of my favorites songs by the Queen.
