    Me sirf 17 saal ka hun mera pet saaf nhi hota hai kbhi kadak kbhi naram bathroom hota hai.... Aur pet me bhi dard hai left side me 15 din se ab wo dard right side me horha hai aur kbhi kbhi chest pain bhi horha hai.... Sonography aur X-RAY bhi kraya X-ray to normal aaya hai but sonography me gas bohot tha.... Doctor ne 1 week ka tablet & syrup peene ko diya tha but abhi bhi gas aur pet dard ki problem hai ja hi nhi rha 😭 please koi batado kya kese theek hoga pet dard...

    Mujhe bhot constipation thi koi nushka kam nahi aya. Maine sab try kar lia homepathy alopathy . But ek desi nushkha jisne mujhe bhot help ki and kabaz 80% tak chali gayi. Pansari ki dukaan se sukhe awla lo (Kale dikhege )and raat ko 4-5 awla ek gilaas pani mai bhigo kar rakhein and subha wo paani peeyein... Apka pet ekdam saaf rehne lag jayega.. for choronic constipation... Try once. It's really magical.. and Sirf sukhe awla use karrein uski jgah koi aur awla ka type ya powder nahi..     सुबह उठकर गर्म पानी पीना।
    और दुध वाली चाय बिल्कुल नहीं पीना। अगर चाय आदत हो गई है तो सिर्फ "ब्लेक टी" और उसको बनाते समय 2-4 निंबू के पत्ते डालकर उबाल दे। इसे पीने से बहुत ज्यादा लाभ होगा।
    रोज एक्सरसाइज करना।
    और फास्ट फूड हमेशा के लिए अलविदा कर दे।
    नमकीन वगेराह बिल्कुल नहीं।
    और सब्जी में निंबू का प्रयोग करना चाहिए।

      1. Early morning wake up, drink water.
      2. Less oil, less masala.
      3. Eat multiple small meals.
      4. Before going to bed at night finish dinnr atleast 2 hr before.
      5. Sleep on your left side as it closes Lower esophageal sphincter.
      6. Sompraz-L ( once a day. half hr before BREAKFAST for 14 days).
      7.Unienzyme tablet ( 1 tablet after lunch and dinner-14 days)
      8. Mucaine Gel syrup (1-2 teaspoon after lunch, dinner-14days.
      If still doesn't get better do an upper GI endoscopy.

      Madam hm avi 17 sal k hai r hmko kabg 6 7 sal se rh rha hh pr lockdown me to had hi par hogi thi.       3.subah 5 bge uthna kyuonki issmy jathal agni majboot hoti hh.
      4.pani ya chach ya doodh khane k 1 ghante bad hi pehle nhi.
      5.subah km se km 30 minutes yoga pranayam:anulom vilom 5 se 10 min, kapalbharti 10 se 15 min, manduk aasan 5 bar bhramri 5 bar, titli asan 50 bar ,om ka jaap 3 se 5 bar, wrist, neck, shoulder and ankle rotation, aur agr sarwang aasan kr skte hh to wo v.
      5.khane k bad 5 se 10 min bajrasan me baithna r kamse kam din bhar me hajar kadam chalna.
      6. Rat ka khana 6 se 7 tk khatm kr lena r phir rat ko 9 bge sona.
      7.subh yog krne k bad khali pe alovera aur tulsi ka sewan.
      8.Mobile ka km se km use kre.

    Madam hm avi 17 sal k hai r hmko kabg 6 7 sal se rh rha hh pr lockdown me to had hi par hogi thi. Mere pita ji ko v kabg rhta hh bachpan se to aap kh skte hh ki hmko yh aadat genetically aaya hh pr ise theek kiya ja skta hh jaise ki maine theek kiya. Aisa nhi ki ab hmko kabg nhi rhta pr dinme 2 3 bar me apne se hi bina pressure lagaye hi nikal jata hh.
    Isko therk krne ka mera apnaya hua upay:-
    1.din bhar garm(hot notwarm) pani ka sewn.
    2.subah phalahar ,dopahar 1/4 fruits 1/4 roti 1/4 sabji r phir dahi ya chach,ratri adaha sbji aadha roti 1 glass doodh.
    3.subah 5 bge uthna kyuonki issmy jathal agni majboot hoti hh.
    4.pani ya chach ya doodh khane k 1 ghante bad hi pehle nhi.
    5.subah km se km 30 minutes yoga pranayam:anulom vilom 5 se 10 min, kapalbharti 10 se 15 min, manduk aasan 5 bar bhramri 5 bar, titli asan 50 bar ,om ka jaap 3 se 5 bar, wrist, neck, shoulder and ankle rotation, aur agr sarwang aasan kr skte hh to wo v.
    5.khane k bad 5 se 10 min bajrasan me baithna r kamse kam din bhar me hajar kadam chalna.
    6. Rat ka khana 6 se 7 tk khatm kr lena r phir rat ko 9 bge sona.
    7.subh yog krne k bad khali pe alovera aur tulsi ka sewan.
    8.Mobile ka km se km use kre.
    9.kuch Acupressure baba ramdev dwara bataye gye pair r hath ka prayog kre.
    10.rat ko sote smy isabgol bhusi ya triphla ka prayog garm pani k sath jis din kabg lge us din hr roj nhi.

    13. 2 choti chammach ghee jaroor khaye roj aadhik nhi.

    3. Kam se kam 50 dand-50 baithak pratiyek din lagaye.
    Yadi aap adha ghanta pranayam aur fir 11 suryanamaskar aur 50-50 dand baithak pratiyek din lagate hain aur khane me parhej krte hain to yh nischit hai ki aap kabj ko jad se khatm kr denge jaise ki hm aaj kabj mukt jeevan jee rhe hain. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
