I have some kind of glitch with this trophy. All 12 meditation points unlocked, and have 12 shortcuts pictures in the menu. I have meditated on them all twice at least as i've played through the game twice with this guide, and it still won't unlock. I don't get it. Does anyone have any advice? Do you have to look at every single fish in each area on the meditation points?

It isn't really that difficult. You can tell which chapter each statue is in by the thumbnail on the chapter select screen.
