hi everybody, thank you for watching! i hope your day has been going well and if it’s not, well hahahahah you’re not alone! because july has been one weird month and i think it’s universal when i say this but things are feeling off and i’m not having one bit of it. the bright side is, they do say that you are stronger when you are together, and this community does not fall anywhere near short when it comes to harnessing a sense of togetherness. so i am eternally grateful for not only all of your support, but for your hopeful outlook on life even when it does feel like you’re bearing the whole weight of the world on your shoulders.
it’s beyond endearing to read all of your comments, particularly, knowing that everybody is coming from different walks of life. so please! be gentle with yourself today and know that it won’t be like this forever! i personally have been waking up every morning, going through my day and feeling inept of shaking this general sense of anxiety off. what i do know however is that there is a part of us - even when it feels like there isn’t a tiniest crevice of space that makes this side of ourselves exist - that can softly turn to our intrusive thoughts and our occasional modes of self-deprecation, and say, yes, you are enough! and you are deserving of all of the love that does exist, and there is nothing short of what makes you great, great. sometimes we get very caught up with what others have to think about us, or what they might think is best for us, but in the end, it’s ultimately you who decides what you want!!!!! you are going to be okay! you may not feel like it at times, but you are human, and your emotions and feelings are 100% valid and proof that you are not just some machine undergoing some kind of malfunctioning error. don’t hesitate to reach out to those who you know can understand your situation, who can be there and to support your you. i’m proud of you, you know! and you should too!
