I was fully addicted to this game for a few months a few years ago. I don't think I ever spent any money on it but it's pretty fun even free to play. Different managers have different buffs like walking speed, mining speed, unload speed, and some discount the upgrades. I found myself assigning managers to use their buff then switching to a different one. I think I got up to the ruby or emerald mine maybe the diamond I don't remember

Hey blitz helpful hints for you $ means your upgrades are cheaper juniors are low quality senior is medium executive is highest quality apart from super managers which you buy later in the game the lower shafts are better than upgrading than the close to the surface ones and having friends on the game will finish quests quicker I have been playing this for 5 years still can't get all shafts to 800 but the weekly challenges I can do in half hour best time was 16 minutes

Used to play this many a moon ago, but bowed out around the time they started adding the event mines. Something about 'grindy idle game' and 'limited time events' just didn't sit square with me.

not leveling characters while having the lower upgrade cost activated physically hurt me. mans wasting billions on upgrades he doesnt have to do.
