Highlights from week 4 of prep for the 2024 Asia Strength Games strongman competition in Brunei. Week 4’s video is a bit shorter as it was a bit of a volume (but not intensity) deload, so fewer sets and reps but the weights were either the same or in some cases slightly heavier than the previous week.
