Dragon Kung Fu- Tak Wah Eng's Five Animals

This clip from the "Dragon Fist" DVD shows the Dragon form from Sifu Tak Wah Eng's 'Five Animals" set. Although the video is not really meant for instruction, if you know the form already you can follow along and enhance your practice. The form is run through clearly a few times within the video. Please seek out a qualified instructor if you are a beginner.
These unique DVD's (mid 2000's) had some cool production values for the genre & the time. With Bonus footage, 5.1 surround audio, and sound effects which pay homage to the early demonstration videos that came out of China in the late 80's and early 90's.
