New to bounce house business. I just got this exact one (octopus). I put a tarp under and it was set on concrete. My kids and nephew kept slipping on the tarp. Next time, should I just not put a tarp if it’s setup on concrete.
Yes you can also setup without tarp on concrete just make sure there's a Matt or something with cushion on the landing slide so kids won't hurt themselves when landing. Dont forget to secure your bouncer with sand bags 👍
Very busy day with water slides and chairs. I do agree, you need a dolly. That is a lot of walking back and fourth. Great job.

When you deliver a day early do you blow up the bounce house and leave it?
Yes it's a must you want to make sure everything is runming in perfect shape so customer won't call back and complain about something else
